However, on January 11 at approximately 2:00 PM, I returned again and the same employee immediately refused to serve me and falsely stated that I am "banned from all locations." This has never been communicated by management, and I was served as recently as the day before by other staff. I simply said "Hi" before she made this statement. This employee is the only person who has ever treated me this way, and her actions are now interfering with my ability to shop at my neighborhood store. It's disappointing, especially because I would prefer to continue supporting this business rather than take my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses this issue, as the inconsistency and hostility from one staff member reflects poorly on an otherwise decent store.
