They are always willing to walk you through any questions you have and figure out what the best combination of mods as well as tanks are to fit you and your life style. I have been to the shop now three times in the last two weeks to get adjustments to my mod, more juices, and a different tank. Every time the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help me. I was excited to see that they had the newly released Eagle Rare 12 Year, so I definitely had to order a pour of that. I was on my way to a tour, so I couldn't stay long. I grabbed my drink and walked around looking at all their bottles available. I was like a kid in a candy store. The drinking area is more like a vineyard or brewery tasting room feel to it vs. a cocktail lounge - at least in the early afternoon. But they told me the are open to 11pm. I really wish I stayed longer so I could come back to try more bourbons. If or when I'm coming back to Louisville, this is definitely on my short list of spots I have to re-visit.
