Theses salons have the most terrible management and customer service. Their beds do not have the proper bulbs in them. They also get their negative reviews removed so they can try to scam you even more. Do not go to these salons unless you want skin rashes, burns and terrible attitudes from their management. There is one manager their that has absolutely ruined the $5 tan business. We all know who she is, that she has a serious case of BV and that she is the biggest problem there. They have the highest turn over rate because of it too. Go to Italian tan or totally tan and save yourself the hassle. read more

I've never been to any $5 tans and was in a pinch so chose this spot, it's a little rough around the edges I think the displays and posters everywhere bring down the esthetics and it's too much to take in as a consumer but whatever it's $5 tan, we'll only if it's your first time; so don't be fooled haha otherwise I think she said it was $35 for a spray tan which isn't terrible but I'm used to paying $25 at another place. My spray tan was great, walked outta there like I had been in the Caribbean for 3 weeks just what I wanted! I'd go back for sure. read more

This was my first time ever in a tanning booth. I found it quite relaxing and pleasant. There are plenty of options for tanning available and the more open tanning bed I used was very comfortable and I got to pick the music I wanted. The greeting and instructions were very pleasant and thorough for a baby like me. I could see doing this more often! It's located next to Perkins on the west side of Hwy 65 with easy access. Great selection of beds, and one of the best spray tan machines I have been in! Reading the reviews on here seem unfair. There are comments about the staffing and hours....welcome to 2022. 90% of companies are changing their hours to accommodate what staff will actually show up! The pricing is way lower than most other salons in the cities. There are face, body, and leg lotions for specific reasons. Face because the skin is more sensitive on your face & neck than anywhere else, and leg because it's the furthest limbs away from your heart, so blood flow isn't as much and that's why most have problems tanning their legs! The whole world is short staffed right now. Can people just be mid to those that actually show up?! Also, reviews from others that only rate low on reviews and negativity....let's leave something positive!!! read more

Their pricing structure is extremely complicated. I was overcharged there for 3 months and after complaining it was corrected. Their equipment is good (the only reason I go there) and the facility is well kept. Their prices are the highest of any tanning salon I've been to in the metro area however. read more

Bought a package of tans here, found out my points expired, only went once (thanks for the cost of a $50+ for one tan) ! When I purchased the package, they didn't inform me that they would expire after a year ! Place is clean and ok if your stuck with no other choices. I have defected from this place and bring my business to Totally Tan in Andover now. read more

This location is very convenient clean and the staff are friendly. Like the variety of beds they have to offer and pricing you can't beat.

I had a membership here and had absolutely no tanning experience in the past. The employees were not friendly and did not look out for my best interest. They were putting me in full time when I told them I got burnt and had a rash. They also told me to put body lotion on my face. DO NOT PUT BODY LOTION ON YOUR FACE. You will break out and look like your face has millions of mountains on it. I'm so disappointed with the service I had here. Would never go back to tan. Moving forward, Italian tan has a spa that helped clear up my skin very good. read more

This place is a joke, a scam and extremely terrible customer service. Find any other tanning salon in the world, not this one! I asked for a manager, they told me to go online and call corporate, then said " have fun, bye". I will be contacting corporate..and no it wont be fun. read more

Terrible. The place is called 5 dollar tan but if you go in and try to purchase the 5 dollar bed, the representative will advise you that those beds do not work well. I was told that you'll need 10-15 sessions to see results. What the heck? I've never been talked out of spending money before but they did it! read more

Love the beds and the cleanliness, but I did the monthly membership and put mine on suspension for 2 months. I came in about 1 time in those 2 months and paid full price to tan, then came to find out that they had been charging about $80 a month even though I also paid the $5 to suspend! So I paid about 85 a month and paid full price. The manager said I would get a check in the mail with my money back and it has been over a year. I wouldn't do a membership here again but coming in once in a while is fine. read more
