Absolutely worse tanning place I have ever went to. After receiving a horrible spray tan in at the st Francis I was told to go to andover they have better equipment. When I went into the St Francis salon I informed them my daughter was getting married in 2 days and I needed it to look as natural as a spray tan can look. They said ok and set me up to tan. When I came out my face was dark brown/orange and it was streaked. Parts of my body had no spray and others dark blotch's of color. I had streaks all over and one hand was dark others had no color. When I contacted manager on site I was told to go shower before the color sets and go to Andover the next day. I contacted customer service and was told I could get a free spa services but no refund. I will never go back. I have cancelled my subscription but they will not refund my money. I wish I took pictures. read more

I freaking LOVE the staff there! They are so helpful and truly care about their customers. I am new member and I got a great tour around their SPOTLESS salon and the lady there (I think she was the manager, because she knew her stuff) Brittany took her time to show me products and lotions and made me feel like a VIP! When I walked in for the first time, I could tell it was a quality place because all of their customers were TAN. I got the VIP package, and I love it! $26/month?! Um, whoever does not choose this is clearly wasting their money! Best deal ever! I used to tan in Isanti, but I paid almost $200 a month for tanning there... my bank account is thanking me now! I've been a VIP for a few weeks now, and let me tell you, I've got super nice color! Better tan than before at my other place! Highly highly recommend this place for anyone in the area! read more
