A gentleman puts a hot bowl of acetone in front of me to soak off my previous nail polish then brings a paper towel for me to try and get it off myself. Despite the salon being nearly empty, we waited an unreasonable amount of time for service. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing employees standing around talking and socializing while customers continued to wait. It was obvious that the problem was not a lack of customers, but a lack of organization and management. After waiting far longer than we should have, I decided not to receive service and only had my wife get her nails done. While her nails turned out okay, the quality was average and nothing stood out as exceptional. The results certainly did not justify the excessive wait. There are too many nail salons competing for business to tolerate this level of service. Customers deserve to feel that their time is valued and respected. Unfortunately, our experience left us with the impression that customer service is not a priority, and we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.
