I was told that both technicians are currently on a job and won't be finished until 3:00 p.m. I was hoping to receive service before lunch at 11:30 p.m. He stated he would not be able to service me at all until after 3:00 pm. I find that to be alarming because I find it strange that all the technicians would spend almost an entire work day at one job and is not able to provide any service to any other potential customers. I think he lied to me and that's unfortunate. Without making accusations or assumptions, I'll leave it up to the public to find reasoning to why they would even lie.

He carefully listened to my dilemma, offered advice as to possible solutions, helped me design a viable solution, and helped save me money by identifying where I could buy the necessary hardware. Stephen and Chris arrived at our home at the agreed upon time two days later and worked diligently to install replacement locks, deadbolts, and a digital deadbolt for our entry doors. Their work was of the highest quality and they educated us as to how to use our new locks. When they left, they removed all debris and at our request removed the replaced hardware. I declined due to the exuberant amount I was quoted to do a task that I've watched other locksmiths do in less than a minute multiple times (and for a SIGNIFICANTLY lower rate). He then asked me how much cash I had on me, which I found very unprofessional. After that, I was asked to give my card information to someone over the employees phone, which I also found unprofessional. I was told that I would receive an invoice via email, which I also did not receive. Overall, I would not recommend this service to anyone. They tried to take advantage of the situation and provided a very unprofessional service in the process. Waste of time and $20.
