On top of all this, the food was absolutely delicious! During the planning process, Jim was kind and accommodating - all in all, a delight to work with. In addition to phone calls and emails, he came out to our venue multiple times to ensure that a plan was in place and that all city requirements were met. The only area which could have been improved was speeding up throughput through the buffet by making it double-sided. We were now in mid May and my event was in June. I never heard back from her after that email, she completely ghosted me! I was shocked. Sent one more email and then went with a different business. Never heard a single word from her. Reach out to the business on Instagram and no response there as well. So unprofessional. They are a recommended catering for my corporation, I've had to warn all of the other admins not to order from here if they actually want food to show up!
