The installers were professional,prompt and thorough, unlike a recent carpet purchase from Home Depot.I also had difficulty reaching someone on the phone and having calls returned, but this was my only negative interaction. I think it's because they are a small family owned business. I was happy to keep my business in the community and work with knowledgeable, professional people.

Sometimes we want to ask questions but finding an employee was difficult, and other times we just want to be left alone to look around. This place offered both, along with many selections of different types of flooring. Yes, it is a warehouse inside so some things seemed jumbled around. But, the salesperson (Paul) was extremely helpful in explaining to us some of the options available and differences in product lines. We haven't bought anything yet (and they work on commission) but he seemed happy to just help us out whether we made a purchase or not. Once we know for sure what we want, we likely will be coming back here.

His work was quite substandard.After damaging my…read morehi-gloss white wood trim ,his repair was to paint over the mistakes with a budget flat trim paint.I called him immediately to complain that not only did it not cover but it was running everywhere. It didnt stick! Several coats later it still wasnt right. He used a straight edge to paint around my counter backsplash. Now the backsplash has paint all over it, its pulled off the wall it was on and the caulking was split, crumbled and chiiped out, He was paid to ( by my insurane co) take out damaged floor tiles, repair and level and replace flooring. He clearly did not do what he was paid to do becase the floor isnt level. After calling it to his attention...his response was to send me certified letter stating 'it was not his job to level the floor he installed. The owner of this company continuously stonewalled me and told me that becuase he had a good relaionship with my ins adjuster,he would-be deal with the adjustor. And i was not to rock the boat. He wanted to be paid for work my plumbing contractor did and then wanted me to pay him for work I completed like washing the cabinets,replacing contents and more! No... no would never recommend Lorenzo Contracting.
