He came to our home and actually put both samples on our floor so we could see the difference. It was evident that Tom and his son Nick LOVE what they do and that was another reason we went with Precision. He and his crew were here for 3 days and did a wonderful job! They showed up on the dot when they said that they would, worked efficiently, and minimized the disruption of our lives. They covered everything with plastic so there was very little dust from the sanding of the floors. They cleaned up after the sanding, wiping everything down and vacuuming. When it was obvious that the old flooring couldn't be salvaged, he found replacement wood that matched the original.
