It was evident that Tom and his son Nick LOVE what they do and that was another reason we went with Precision. He and his crew were here for 3 days and did a wonderful job! They showed up on the dot when they said that they would, worked efficiently, and minimized the disruption of our lives. They covered everything with plastic so there was very little dust from the sanding of the floors. They cleaned up after the sanding, wiping everything down and vacuuming. We hired Wilton Floors to install laminate flooring in our living room, dining room and hallway. We…read moredid not purchase the flooring from them but after examining the flooring they agreed to install. During the install Doug noticed the hallway floor was wet from steam cleaning and immediately stopped the project. He advised us to run fans to dry the area and then to prime the floor so stains would not come up thru the floor. ( It is my feeling other installers would have continued the project without notifying us of the issue.) With the floor dry and primed Doug finished the job with no other issues. The flooring was installed quickly and professionally with no issues and during the install Doug offered his advice on moulding and care of the floor.
