They agreed to do a bio gel removal and clean for that price, but the service felt incredibly rushed and half-assed. They did a poor job cleaning my nails, didnt do my cuticles or under my nails, and they actually filed my nails barely. When I pointed this out and asked the technician to clean it out the stuff under my nails, she refused and tried to pressure me into upgrading to a full manicure, completely ignoring the budget I had established when I walked in. They made me feel uncomfortable and guilty for sticking to my price limit, even though they accepted it upfront. I will not be returning.

My pedicure was a complete disaster. I still have shellac on my toes. This place based on what DEMI mentioned is under new manangement. I strongly suggest them working in their customer service skills rather try to surcharge people.

I arrived a few min early for my appointment, and after a short wait, was seated at a large, clean table. My nail tech meticulously spent an hour and a half completing a full Russian manicure. She was very gentle (not a single nick or scratch), didn't overfile the nail beds, and even perfectly executed the requested art. All of the lotions, soaps and products used were seriously high end. You could tell that the manicure products were also all legit and OPI branded. Don't forget to tip your nail tech! Would definitely come back again!
