Amazing! This is by far the best massage I have ever had. Experienced was great and professional and they really listened to my sore spots, found the crunchy knots and worked them out. As always, I continue to have a great experience here. I love coming during the weekdays because it's easier to get walk-in appointments. I prefer getting the Swedish massage with oil as that is the clothes off option. It really helps with getting into the deep tissue, which is very helpful for my back and legs. My partner prefers the regular massage, which is the clothes on massage if you're more comfortable with keeping your clothes on during the massages. they have a variety of options for combination massages with the times on the price menu and you're able to communicate to them if you'd like a softness level of one to hard being a level three. read more

Don't go to the 555 Relaxing Station! I went in for a full body message and the lady pushed so hard on my back she separated the cartilage in my ribs. I change the message to just my feet. When I went to pay she didn't give me back my change. She kept the $70! On top of that, she tried to message my back again and made it hurt worse, even after I repeatedly asked her to stop. I talked with the manager. He didn't seem to care. In order for me to get a refund, he demanded a letter from my doctor. I did have x-rays and a doctor visit, but my doctor doesn't want to get involved with a possible legal situation. I will never go back to the 555, nor do I recommend anyone going there either. read more

Decided to get a Swedish massage last minute and was a walk-in. I was not wearing undergarments under my leggings and there were signs strictly stating to keep them on, so I asked if they had any shorts or something I could use instead and the male staff member (didn't introduce himself so I didn't get a name) and he said I could just take everything off. I was ok with this, as I've gotten many massages before at other spas this way. During my massage there was just no respect for my privacy or draping practices and he kept the sheet below my waistline way more than was necessary and the sheet was very thin and small. His hands had calluses which was unpleasant and he constantly left areas exposed that he was not actively massaging. When he started using the oil, he would massage it from my back onto my entire butt multiple times without actually massaging any muscles and it made me extremely uncomfortable. At one point I was fully exposed and both his hands, no exaggeration, literally went into my entire butt crack and I told him I don't want that area massaged anymore. He seemed to ask frequently if the pressure was ok throughout, which was fine but I was already very uncomfortable from that point on. When he got to my hamstrings he exposed my glutes again and I told him again I did not want that area massaged. He said ok, but the area was still left exposed. When he did my quads, my leg was in the butterfly position and he massaged up to my hips and bikini area which was also uncomfortable. I was on edge the entire time and afterwards when I only gave a small tip he laughed and pressured me to give more and proceeded to enter a larger charge. I am updating my review to reflect a recent painful and uncomfortable experience here that left me feeling assaulted. At 6:40pm there was only one employee working on a table massage client and a young teenager working the check-in area. I wasn't told how long of a wait it would be but was offered a bottle of water as I waited about 40 minutes. When the person before me was done and paid I was brought back to the table area and instructed to lay face down on the table. The upper back and shoulder portions of the table massage were fine, but I wasn't asked what level of pressure I wanted (usually they ask and you can choose 1-5). When things started to become painful I made verbal responses including to say "ouch," "too much," and the same in Chinese. At one point towards the end of the massage another masseuse began work on another client on the table next to mine, and hearing my responses, spoke in Chinese to my masseuse reiterating my comments. Even after this point the masseuse working on me did things that caused me to writhe in pain on the table. This was disconcerting as body language and response to touch are universal - one cannot claim that a verbal language barrier is to blame for this. I debated updating my review as my previous experiences here and at their second location have been only positive but I honestly left my massage feeling as though I had been assaulted - I was sweaty and tense instead of cool, calm, and relaxed. The masseuse was rough when positioning my arms and legs on the table, and rough throughout the massage - so rough that the clasp on my halter dress came undone and as I sat up a little dazed when he said "done" I couldn't figure out why I felt partially disrobed. I have been to many Chinese style massages (no oils, clothes on) across the world and this one just felt different. In this era of #metoo I didn't feel like I could just forget my experience and not share it with other women. I feel the need to warn other females to avoid the masseuse who worked on me - I didn't see his name on the board, but he's the short older gentleman with thinning hair and who wears prescription glasses. I am traumatized by my most recent experience here. Culturally, I was conflicted to share this but perhaps that is why the masseuse thought what he did was okay and would go undocumented. I'm letting it be known that it is not okay. Lastly they need to make sure patrons don't have any previous injuries or tender areas, as this is really dangerous. I have years old shoulder rotator cuff issues as well as an ankle issue that were in pain after I left. Jin was incredible and being able to be the recipient of his foot and Swedish hot oil/ hot stone massage was a dream! He was professional and asked if I was comfortable with the pressure every 15 mins or so. I would recommend you also bring cash for the tip, you cannot add it as a tip on their check out system. The facility was clean and pleasant. The massage was amazing and the pressure, I prefer a very deep and hard pressure massage, and poor Jin had sweat all over, and I felt like I was on a cloud afterwards! I come here a lot and different therapists make it good or great. The foot massage (on very comfy chairs) is a good place to start if you are new to massage. Ask for Jimmy, Jason or Nick. If you want a table massage (fully clothed) I like Nick or May or Wendy. If you want a naked massage any of the above are great. Don't ask for Jack as he is too rough and ignores your requests. It is not a quiet or private place, but the massage is great, relaxing and reasonable for twice weekly visits and I always leave feeling awesome! They ask for tips in cash and sometimes I think they don't get the tips if they are on your card. Just a thought. read more

I love this place and I'm glad I found it! I got a combo massage. It was mainly feet and legs. But also included my head, neck, and shoulders. The hour long deal is amazing. $29 you can't beat that! The guy who did my massage had firm hands and I was so relaxed I drifted off to sleep. They even have a punch card where after so many visits you get a free massage. For the price it's worth it.
