We both had with female messuse, at the same time they both put our towels down half way revealing half of our behinds and you can hear a man walking and open up each door and closing it. I used to frequent this massage place with my husband and had mostly good experiences, except with one particular therapist. He was often rough during massages and took frequent breaks, leaving the room without explanation. On my birthday weekend, the experience was beyond unprofessional. He repeatedly left in the middle of the session at the foot area and in the room and returned without any apology, ruining the flow and relaxation. During the body massage, he made me extremely uncomfortable by leaning inappropriately, pressing his genitals against me repeatedly on both sides of my body despite my attempts to shift away. This was not only unprofessional but felt violating. Even after weeks, I still feel disturbed by the experience. He also did something very weird where he rubbed me with a cold towel only on one side of my body. I am even more disturbed because I have seen this therapist before and he's never been great but this experience was altogether different, which makes me feel the need to speak up. I urge anyone considering this place to be cautious, and at the very least, avoid booking with the male therapist. **Response to owner: Sir, this happened at the second half of my treatment in a private room. The man is tall and laid on one side of my body to push on the opposing side of my body. He leaned into my body and I could feel his groin against me. I pushed my own arms inward to escape this and he did not take the hint to stop doing that and proceeded to do it again on the other side of my body. I was so upset and didn't want it to ruin my birthday I told my husband when we were in the car and had already paid and left. I didn't want to cause a fuss because of the exact reaction you are doing right now. For you to treat a customer that was violated with such blatant disrespect and call me a liar after me coming forward to receiving poor service and being made uncomfortable. Shame on you sir. I paid full price and tipped when he was on his phone talking loudly to others, being interrupted leaving me constantly and doing sub par work and THEN pushing his body into mine in a thoughtless manner. Oh man where to begin. I am a first-time visitor of CA Relaxing Station and I've had full-body massages, pedicure massages, and previously have been to AAA relaxing station. I went into this not knowing what to expect and it far exceeded my expectations. After you check in at the front desk you are taken back to a room that is very gently lit with relaxing gentle music playing. I was taken to one of the massage beds which was incredibly comfortable and this was something I really was not expecting for a foot massage, because at AAA you're in a regularly-lit room and sit in a regular chair (this was several years ago, it could be different now). I laid back and was covered with two towels; one for my torso area and the other for my eyes which made it easier to relax and I appreciated that. My feet were briefly soaked then rinsed in warm water and then propped up one a bench; again, all very comfortable. The massage itself I would say was not "relaxing" in the sense that it was more of a workout for my feet in comparison to a more gentle massage from a pedicure that you could easily fall asleep to. It was however incredibly satisfying and the therapist spent time really getting into some knots that I did not know existed. You know when you're getting a massage and you think "yeah, that's the spot!" that's what this was all like, even under each of my toes. 15-ish minutes on both feet and calves, mostly focusing on the feet, then a rub down with a warm wet towel followed by a dry towel, to remove excess lotion and that felt great. Then she worked both feet simultaneously and the top of my thighs which was excellent and again, didn't know I needed that! I mentioned that the massage process itself was not as relaxing as I was expecting, more like a really good workout for my feet, but as soon as I got in the car and headed home, my entire body felt sooo relaxed, as it still does as I sit at home writing this. $30 for a 30 minute massage, yes please. I have been coming to this place pretty consistently and had a good experience besides my last time. It was horrible!! The lady was very unprofessional, she barely used lotion/oil, was very rough in a gentle area like the neck, had long nails and felt like my scalp was scratched painfully. She did not massage a single knot out of my back when I asked to focus on my back. Her technique was terrible, no flow to the massage at all, definitely was not a professional. Then, she proceeded to tell me I can't leave without giving a tip even though this was the worst massage I have ever had. I always tip, but this time I felt uncomfortable, she didn't even close the curtain when I was changing. She started yelling at me in her language when I was leaving, and kept saying tip tip with a super angry face. Life can be challenging and are careers demanding , but it's nice to call these people and set an appointment the same day they try to fit you in and you just leave completely refreshed it's like you just woke up in a brand new day after sleeping 12 hours. I've had positive experiences here before, but had the worst massage from a guy that didn't know what he was doing. My back is so sore from his hard pressure and he doesn't speak English. Obviously he's not a regular employee, just a fill in. He placed the warm stones on my back and took them out w/o giving a massage. My session also lasted short of an hour. This is a place where you get what you pay for. I am a guy, I have a degenerative spine, and and I have muscle spasms, pains, and locking happening and throughout my body over any period of time. So when I started a new job, I wanted making a habit of getting massages or physical therapy. I try to be at CA Relaxing Station for their 90 minute Deep Tissue massage ($89.99 as of writing) at least 1-3 times ever week. There are also other massage options available, I've tried the Foot Reflexology and the Combination Massage -- both of which were great, but I still just especially love the Deep Tissue with the included hot stone massage. I treat this place as a medicine, and the experiences offered here are not only worthwhile -- but they've also helped me recover better from my condition over time. If you're uncomfortable with gendered masseuses, try to book an appointment in advance over the phone or the website, and specify which gendered masseuse you'd prefer. Best of luck to all. read more
