After not hearing back from Terry for a few days, Cara reached out to me and was very helpful. Unfortunately, after some conversation back and forth via email, the project kept seeming to be forgotten. Cara even offered to make a second sign for free as an apology, which I accepted, but I never heard from anyone at Inkbox Printing again. I had a much better experience ordering a decal online.
