He said he would come tomorrow and then next week and yet no sign of him. He ignores all of my texts and has even hung up on me once he realized who it is on the phone. He sounded good when I initially discussed getting a fence. He sold a good pitch and I even had neighbors recommend him. I still have yet to get a fence nor my money back six months later. Yet he keeps working and posting all of these jobs he is completing. Buyers please beware! I just want my money, but yet he cannot do the right thing and give it back. So until then, I will do my part and continue to give honest reviews all over the internet to warn others of how I was poorly treated as a customer. The first time it exercised it was fine. The second time it gave me a fuel fault and after restating it with the help of Generac I had a larger gas meter installed. On May 24 it faulted again with the same code. I called this company and they couldn't help with service because the only tech was off with persona reasons. tell me when it would be serviced. A week later a girl from the company called me and said she had no idea when they could get out here to fix the problem ! I have called a new service company. They will be out on the 6th of this month to repair the issue and take over servicing my unit. This company is USELESS after the sale.
