"This is all promotional grade and he won't accept". Never did they raise the lid and look at individual pieces. I was so Humiliated. Very loud comments and people in store! At that case the girl told me one price then didn't add things up correctly. Apparently it was my fault for not adding things in the way they would have. They try to one over you. The chain based off their word was 60% off. The store did an additional 10% that day for the sale. I'm mad at being told one thing from the employee near the case and then when actually rang up and my card run it's $45 more. Can you not honor your quoted price? A mistake on your part shouldn't be one made on mine.

I went back in last week and was able to find a sweet diamond for the misses and they were able to also fix my sons watch. I am still amazed at how much stuff they have packed into that place and it can be overwhelming but i would totally recommend this place. The few times i've been there the owner was always there and everyone is always pleasant unlike a couple other shops I've been to. I just might be making another stop in before christmas to see what else I can find.
