If I have a stomach ache, I need to see GI, if I have a headache - off to neurology. I have been frustrated by no one every seemingly taking a step back and look at the whole picture. For a very reasonable cost, I received a 2+ hour consultation with 2 short interventional type therapies to address my specific issues. SchaOn was able to identify areas of focus and offer some very simple changes to start out with that will address some of my more immediate needs. The follow up appointment are recommended for every 2 weeks to a month, depending on the situation. For the price of healthcare and the amount of money I shell out for this pill and that pill and the pills to combat the side effects of the other pills, the cost is such an unbelievably reasonable. ($125 for initial consult & two treatments) Being in recovery from addiction, I find it really important to have multiple options available to manage my health. I believe very strongly in a mind-body connection. I received excellent education and look forward to learning much much more! This is probably one of the first appointments in my life that I actually felt "heard" and looked at from a comprehensive standpoint. Hoping to solve the problem on my own, I Googled the problem, tried several of the suggested fixes and nothing worked. Made a call to Psinergy, Andre answered and said "Bring it in!" Within an hour, my start menu and taskbar were fully restored, my laptop optimized, useless apps eliminated and I was happily on my way. When I explained my mom's situation to her she gladly said she could come out and see my mom. I was so excited due to I wouldn't have to have my mom traumatized by making her leave her home. She gets very anxious, stressed and angry when forced to leave her home. I spoke to her assistant the day before my mom's appointment and was told all the info we would need to have for her appointment. I went to her office the morning of mom's appointment to drop off everything her assistant said to drop off and Julia was on the phone. She ignored me for 10 minutes and didn't even acknowledged that I was standing right in front of her. After she ended her phone call, she told me she couldn't see my mom on the advice of her advising Dr. She didn't called or anything. When I asked why she couldn't even call she said I don't have your number even though her assistant just called me the day before. No apologies or an offer to help me find someone else Super RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Don't recommend at all!!

Before our appointment, I was quoted a price that turned out to be incorrect. To the owner's credit, she later acknowledged the mistake and refunded the full amount. What was more concerning was the atmosphere. My daughter was excited and a little giggly, as many children are in a new environment. Rather than helping her feel comfortable, we were reminded to keep our voices down. At one point, the provider even suggested that we reschedule because my daughter was laughing and being a typical child. As a parent, that made us feel unwelcome before treatment had even begun. We also had to complete additional paperwork after being told everything had already been completed online, which added unnecessary frustration. I completely understand that some practices are designed to provide a quiet, relaxing environment. However, I think it's important to have an environment that is welcoming to pediatric patients or to clearly communicate if the office is primarily intended for adults who can remain quiet throughout their visit.
