Once you are done working out, whether it be in the pool, weight section, or cardio cinema, you can stop by the desk on your way out for a smoothie! They are really good, and actually not that high in calories. The only thing that I wish they had at this point is towels, but it's easy enough to bring your own. LOVE Gold's, and cannot see myself ever going to another gym in Eau Claire.

I went to the building and I was greeted right away by staff. I got the 45 min body massage. I was surprised how they didn't ask what areas I wanted them to focus on. Sometimes when they work on my back, it hurts and I don't really want that to be the focus area. The time did go by fast and I did enjoy the experience but I wouldn't call that a full body massage since my upper and lower extremities were barely touched.
