Nice enough place. Reasonably clean. Three chairs and a picnic table for seating, for some reason. It costs $4 to wash a medium load in a front-loading machine. A single quarter starts the dryer. No detergent vending machine, but you can buy a baggie for one load from the proprietor for 50 cents. Drop off your duds and they will launder them for 75 cents per pound, 10 pound minimum. You can also have alterations done, get patches sewn on, or get your stuff dry cleaned, pressed, and starched here. Not necessarily in that order. So far so good. We have used them three weeks in a row since we live in a camper so far from town with no washer at our rv park. Nothing has come back ruined although they aren't as spotless as when I wash them myself. They do come back clean and folded neatly. They overcharge for laundry services! I was told it would cost $14.50 to wash my bed comforters and when I picked them up, they charged me $30!!! I am outraged and will never go back nor recommend this business to anyone! read more

They work hard here. They seem friendly. It's a small laundry but it works for me. I forgot my laundry detergent. They have some available for purchase. There is a change machine if you need one. I stop by weekly to wash my stores towels. read more

After months of using this cleaners for my husbands dress blues for the Army they messed his pants up royally this last time. The blue is now bled into the gold stripe on the side. They are not taking responsibility for messing them up and are trying to pin the blame on us. Last time we ever use them!! read more

Dropped off a huge load of laundry, both shirts to be washed and dry cleaning. The nice lady greeted me with a smile and wrote down everything that I ask her to do including repairing the hem of a pair of pants. Three days later everything was completed as expected and she even let me know that I could bring my one of my blazers back in to have a button sewed on for free once I found a replacement. Prices are cheap but you will pay for it with HORRIBLE customer service. I give it 1 star because you have to but really? ZERO stars. I had a very expensive item cleaned and forgot it was there because it is rarely used. I never got a call saying it was ready. When I remembered, I go to pick it up and they blame me for it being missing! They said they called then said I DID pick it up! I still had my pick up ticket in hand! I NEVER received a call and I did NOT pick up & yet they say I did. They "lost" my item but still blame the customer! They had the audacity to tell me to check at home! When I argued I did not pick it up: here is my ticket! They said let me check my files which was a pile of old tickets in a drawer. No real files- not even a computer log! No computer visible to customers. I have a feeling they accidentally gave my item away. They even admitted "sometimes customers forget their ticket when they pick up & we still give them their items"" -then dont give them the item! It is totally possible someone just walked in & said it was theirs & they paid the cleaning bill -$20 & bam they have stolen an item worth hundreds for only $20 because this shop doesnt make you produce your ticket! The shop manager/owner offered to cover 1/3 my cost of the EXPENSIVE item worth hundreds. They originally offered a specific amount ( 3/4 less from actual cost but at that point I conceded some blame for not picking up in a timely manner) -they said "You have my word" that they would pay the agreed amount. They have MY word they will never get my business again. They are cheapskates. I did not take their offer because their word is WORTHLESS. They said they would pay an agreed amount then when I went to collect they backpeddled & only offered 1/3 of agreed amount. Do yourself a favor: do NOT leave any of your belongings in their posession or they might disappear especially if it is high quality item! If they gave away on accident fine, dont blame customer saying already picked up! Also dont agree on price then renig! read more
