I tell them I need the clothes back by Sat. 1) they reply we aren't open on Saturday. What dry clean business isn't open on Saturday? 2) they can TRY to have it by Friday. I said "I'm leaving on trip Monday and I will be gone a month. I need the clothes ON Friday". Response again, "We can TRY" I said, try isn't good enough and apparently neither is modern cleaners. This is no way to run a business. Especially for the price they charge. More than many others in the area. I won't be returning. Oh, the last time I went they lost a shirt they never recovered. The young woman who helped me was very kind (hence and extra star beyond 1 star), but it was out of her hands. She said it was changed by the lady who does the actual cleaning. The quilt itself only cost me $97. I should have been informed of the change before it was clean, thus charging me. In hind sight, I should have said, "Keep it." and bought me another one.
