They don't teach some things like putting directional on when backing out of…read moreparking space (granted I didn't know this either, but is required for driving test) and not driving in left lane on highway unless passing. They also don't call or text when they arrive in driveway for drive time. We couldn't see our driveway and they give a 30 minute window for meeting time. It was winter and cold and couldn't wait outside long. If you miss them, then they just leave and can charge you $75 for missing the appointment. This is unreasonable. They also don't teach situational awareness during drives, but teach in classroom. We found this to be an important skill that is just not taught very well.

The first thing I liked was that the owner, Ross Panacopulos, is a retired Massachusetts State Trooper as are some of the instructors. These are the right people to teach safe driving. Despite the fact that she is over 21 our daughter followed the proscribed Mass. Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) safe driver course because she will get a discount on her insurance as a benefit. This consisted of twelve hours road instruction, thirty hours of online classroom training and twelve hours of observation. Carmine was her instructor and he taught her well. She passed the RMV road test on the first attempt. She found the observation "tedious" but that is in no way a fault of the school; they must scrupulously follow the RMV syllabus of study. We have no criticisms of the school. Laurie, Melissa and the staff were very helpful. The only thing I would like to see is that the students successfully completing the course should receive a certificate or other documentation of their achievement. The RMV really should do this. Maybe if I ask nicely the ladies at Triad Academy will send her a letter.

After asking several times politely, a rude, nasty older lady who was the instructor of a poor young learner, decided to be super disrespectful and dismissive instead of just finding a different car to park on. The student seem extremely uncomfortable during the whole encounter and I don't blame her. All I did was ask respectfully to find a different car to practice on while explaining the past situations I have encountered. I was met with "we can park wear ever we want, you don't own the street" which I never claimed I owned just simply asked if she could use a different car to park on. As a direct representation of the company, this woman single handily made sure no kids of mine will be attending their driving school and I will continue to spread the word of this to my friends and neighbors.

We've been working together for months now, and the progress I've made is honestly amazing. I used to have huge anxiety when it came to driving, especially on highways. It felt like something I would never get over. But Marco was incredibly patient, kind, and full of smart, easy-to-understand tips that made everything click. He helped build my confidence one step at a time. The day I went to take my driving test, he actually came with me to the DMV and let me use his car for the test, something I really appreciated. And guess what? I passed! He's also bilingual and speaks Spanish, which is a big plus for anyone who's more comfortable learning that way. If you're looking for a driving instructor who genuinely cares and knows how to teach in a calm, clear, and encouraging way, look no further. I can't recommend him enough!

She was super quick to respond to our emails and questions, very friendly, and very competent. We also liked the majority of teachers that we met who interacted with our child. The only complaint we made during our time there was that during drop-off and pick-up things always seemed a bit more hectic than they needed to be -- it seemed like having another teacher in there during that time would have helped. The other challenge was teacher turnover, though I imagine this is fairly common at any daycare center. Of the 12 or so teachers we met, five moved on in the year that we were there. Luckily they ended up being replaced by other great teachers. Our only reason for leaving is that a 10% discount on two children was still much higher than us just hiring a nanny.

The staff is friendly and very caring and make him comfortable every morning at drop off. I'm very happy I chose this site when picking a child care provider. The director Joanie is very helpful and very informative for just about any situation. In the short time I've had dealing with this provider she has helped me immensely. If Joanie doesn't have an answer or a solution she takes the time to find out what avenues or people need to be involved to solve the problem. Most if the kids under one are strapped in a stroller for up to an hour watching the other kids play..so sad If you like to be able to drop your kids off in their rooms in the morning.....not an option here I was here for almost a year and was frowned upon when I asked to drop my son off in his classroom. Bottom line I never felt welcome here and was always looked at differently as soon as I brought up my first concern. I enjoyed one teacher who was great with the kids but they soon cut her hours due to trying to give the kids more freedom so she moved on. I did like the young toddler teacher and was happy with the crafts they did. That was the only thing I enjoyed out of my whole experience here. I would have moved on sooner but my options were very limited. I truly hope they change things here for the kids and parents sake.
