Shane arrived within one hour and had our door fixed in five minutes! These guys are top notch, super professional, amazingly competent and the service fee was minimal and totally worth it. He had the necessary parts on hand and was able to complete the job without delay... allowing us to have both cars exit the garage. And he left no debris behind. When my husband insisted that the price quoted ($2700 door only+install, no opener or add-ons) was too high, he got quite angry and insisted that we wouldn't be able to get a better price anywhere. After we insisted, he went out to his car to "talk to his boss" and then stormed back inside to grab his computer, saying "yeah, we're out, I'm not gonna take that kind of cut" and was ranting about "why did you even call me out if you thought you were getting a better price from someone else". Even though he had been so kind and personable up until that point, when he sensed the deal might not go through, he got borderline aggressive and made me very uncomfortable. Shady, aggressive, tactics overall. I'm glad we passed because we got a double steel door for $700 less from another contractor. I wouldn't give them my business if they were the last garage door installer in the city.
