Not my best experience. The "real FLOOM infinity" vape is a horrible product. I bought one yesterday and it taste burnt. I called the shop and some loser who apparently doesn't even work there couldn't help me. I called the company number and some guy with an India accent couldn't help me and was rude. I called the company address number and it doesn't exist. Don't buy this product, and be careful what you buy at this store. Get a receipt just in case. read more

Well, the shop is usually pretty cool ... the guys are usually very nice and chill and the prices are low. But today I had to call the store because I bought a can of butane 2 days ago and I took it home, finding out that it's defective. My first time ever using the can was today, where I went to fill my (empty) torches, and the butane sprays everywhere, even after I've purged the torches of air (this indicates that the tip of the butane can is defective). I tried using the adapters that the can comes with, none of them helped the problem. So naturally, I called the shop asking if they could please swap it out for another one seeing as how the product that they sold me (which I was unable to use, since the first time of trying to use it) was defective. It took me several minutes to get the employee that I was speaking with to understand this, and in the end, he just kept telling me " well you're the one that chose to buy this butane, we don't sell defective products here, there's nothing we can do, it's used you used it so there's nothing I can do." I just don't understand how that makes sense. If you buy something from a store and it's defective, they should exchange it for you.. I'm not even asking for a refund. it was also very amusing to me that he told me that they wouldn't have sold me something defective, ever, even though it was given to me sealed- how could he have known it was or wasnt defective if it was new.. and also why would you claim that it's not possible to have a defective product? Factories make mistakes sometimes I told him this as well and he said it's not his problem.. very disappointed about this, like I said, the people I usually talk to have always been very nice but this employee sounded like he was rolling his eyes the entire conversation, was very rude, and was telling me a policy that just doesn't make sense at all. read more

Very overpriced & underwhelming with selection. Majority of everything isnt labeled with a price tag either so you have to ask a worker constantly. The regular guy I've seen 4 times now who closes usually has to call his boss to get pricing. I really do think that this guy believes he's "hooking you up" but in reality the original price of anything is at least double what is average. This sales person is very attentive & helpful but unfortunately (not his fault necessarily) doesn't have adequate training. The only reason I come here sometimes is they are the only local smoke shop open until 2am during the week. But I leave feeling fully ripped off every time. read more

Honestly this is one of the best smoke shops I ever been to in college avenue they had really great customer service they were very clean not like other places and they gave me a great price with one of the bongs I ended up coming out with a bunch of stuff the next day I went to another smoke shop around the area trying to get some stuff and they tried rip me off but this place is really recommended I even checked out the other reviews on Yelp and they were all great I recommend this spot best people ever read more

This smoke shop is super legit. They have everything any smoker needs. Best thing is they are damn near never closed. Need a wrap at 1am? They got you. The gentlemen helping are always friendly and usually throw in a free lighter. They have not disappointed yet. Would recommend to all. read more
