I am reluctant to admit that I have joined the ranks of the vaping. Yes, I do realize that it's a slightly douchey habit... BUT given that it has been a major factor in keeping me off the 'analog cigs' for almost exactly a year now, I think I deserve a pass. So, now that I've come out of that closet, I can recommend this place to any others in the neighborhood. They have a pretty good selection of the e-juice flavors and e-cig devices to choose from... and now you can sample as many as you like. Everything is pretty reasonably priced, and I enjoy supporting a local business. Really shady business practices happening here. I bought one item that cost $1.99 and two items that cost $5.99 each. There are literal price stickers on the items. Overall, I spent just under $14 but my debit card was charged about $30. Someone decided he needed a little extra cash tonight apparently, because I was literally double charged. Luckily my bank took care of this BS, but I will never go back again. Find a different smoke shop, or pay in cash. Don't use a card here ever, unless you don't mind paying double right under your nose. read more

I know it's a weird thing to say that Smoke Shop is a friendly addition to a neighborhood but honestly Roy's shop really is, he greets everybody by name if you've been there more than two or three times, he treats everyone with the same level of respect. It's a shop with not many frills but it's got everything you need, I get all of my hookah supplies there and if there's a flavor that's missing or that I smoke a lot Roy will grab extra for me or get flavors that I would request. I live all the way in Golden Hill and I will drive all the way to normal Heights to purchase from him. read more

All the one stars were from many years ago for the old management. The new owner is the dopest gentleman in the neighborhood. He's easy to talk to and he's super nice. Roy's motto in life is that,"you have to try it to know if you like it" Check out his shop and find out. I think you might like it. The shop is clean and items are organized, easy to find. You got your cheap and great for that one time use. But he also has the high quality items you plan to keep for a while. I haven't experienced any struggles finding something I want. Definitely has the vape juices, pods, and coils for the electronic users. I don't go all the time, but this shop is worth checking out even if you don't live nearby. read more

Worst smoke shop in town. Unreliable and unprofessional. Always smoking hookah with his girlfriend everytime I walk in the door. When their actually open when they say their going to be that is. It's a smoke shop. But it's my neighborhood smoke shop, so it's worth hollering at. They carry some of the finer brands of cigs (holler at 555) as well as the usual accoutrement of smoking accessories. They usually have what I want waiting on the counter the moment they see me come in, so I give them bonus points for being down like that. I've been back on the cigar train as of late, and their roughly thrown together humidor actually carries a surprisingly decent selection of cigars including ones from Romeo y. Julieta, Partegas and even the Gurkha Evils, which is my cigar of choice at the moment. They don't do cell phones anymore. read more

"For you I make great price." What crap. Twice I've run into issues with these guys: first they sold me a mis packaged iPhone screen - the inside wasn't the same as pictures, so it didn't fit. A-Hole didn't want to refund my money, even though I had the various paperwork. Also bought a glad bubbler. Poorly cast, the bottom was uneven and it always tipped over. Again, they went to great lengths to not refund my money. read more
