Shawn did an amazing job with what turned out to be a difficult installation because of it being a retrofit, as well as a different brand tub that was shaped somewhat differently than the original. He improved the infrastructure that supports the tub so that it is now properly installed. We also added the complication of moving the existing plumbing/faucets and drain to a different location in the new bathtub. It quickly became clear that Shawn is an expert and has extensive experience. We are extremely pleased with the work performed and his reasonable rates. I asked if they could come out on a Friday afternoon when I could be home. I was told they could only do 9 am on Friday, as a special request.
