When our furnace went out on March , Friday we called AllPro as we had a very positive experience with them from a previous furnace problem. Jason asked if he could swing by that afternoon as he was on another job. Of course we said yes. (Same as our previous time, he came as soon as he could to help!) When Jason came it wasn't long before he said it was up to us... we could pay a couple hundred to repair today, then when it went down again, very soon, another couple hundred, and then another couple hundred, (you can see the problem) or we can replace the furnace that was 19 years old, longer then most of these last. We decided to replace. Jason got right to work. He gave us the quote and we signed up without reservation. Jason is an honest, good person. His web sight says $50 service call no matter what day of the week it is. When helping us in the past it was cost of part and $50 and that was a weekend as well! Jason started getting Parts together and found the nearest furnace was in Billings, MT. Jason finished his work for the day, Friday and drove all night emailing me to keep me posted as to the location of our furnace. Upon returning with the unit that was put on the loading dock for Jason to pick up by Gensco, Jason had been up for over 24 hours. Jason offered to come over after getting a couple hours sleep and get the furnace in for us! I insisted he wait until to next day to install. He brought us an excellent, quiet heater to keep us warm. When work started the next morning at 9:00 (Sunday morning) Jason and his crew worked hard to get the new furnace in... until.. Gensco had put the wrong furnace out on the dock. After driving all night... and going the extra mile... or 700 extra miles, it was out of his hands to finish on Sunday. When Gensco finally got the right furnace here AllPro was here and installed it as soon as it got here. Not only did they go way out of their way to get us our new furnace right away, they fixed the back porch they had moved to bring in the new furnace. It was 10 times better then it was to start! The job done was more then I expected! I will call AllPro for any repairs needed in our home. All Pro Heating and Cooling is a CAN-DO company! We wanted to have an air cleaner/purifier installed on our existing gas furnace system to remove any musty smell coming from our crawl space where the furnace is located. We called a few HVAC companies in the area but didn't feel satisfied with their familiarity with the unit we had researched and chosen until I spoke with Jason at All Pro. Jason and his crew had our unit installed quickly, sealed the duct work (that turned out to be very leaky!) and sealed the registers in the living area in short order. They also found an area in the sub floor that was moist, investigated, and made repairs to the roof vent that had never been sealed at original install of the system and was seeping when we had rain or snow. When we mentioned that the tub drain P-trap had an issue - no problem! They fixed that too! They also explained why the existing dryer venting in the crawl space was a fire hazard that we might want to change out some time, so we asked if that was something they could ALSO do. No problem, it is done! Their ability to cover all of these issues at one time/one company saved us a LOT of money! Our furnace is running much more efficiently now! Our indoor air environment is safer, we won't have to replace the sub-flooring, and the bathtub drains better! Wow! My furnace quit working on thanksgiving day in 2019. It was cold and needed heat for my 13 guests. Jason came out With-in a few hours and got my furnace working but also said that I would need a new furnace. He installed a new furnace the following Monday and I haven't had any issues so far and i really like the two stage furnace that he recommended. I also needed to fix a leaky Water pipe that was difficult to access in my basement. When done with the furnace install, Jason and his crew helped me fix the tricky water leak.
