PSA: Do not go here if you're in a hurry. Love love love 7 Brew BUT this location just...lacks. This is a company that has risen to the top because of their *awesome* customer service and unfortunately that beaming interaction is not present at this location. I truly hope they find some spunk because I will not become a dedicated regular with these bad 'tudes. I've now visited this location 5 times. I wanted to wait to write a review since it's a new location to give them a bit of grace during the transition. I'm pretty disappointed though. The drinks are always good, which should be the most important part, but when driving away I haven't left in a better mood than when I entered the drive through line. And of course, that's THEE POINT of getting coffee! I've encountered the gen z stare multiple times, and when workers are friendly it seems forced. It's offputting and unwelcoming. Another issue with this location, I waited 15 extra minutes one time because there was mix up with the drinks in the car in front of me. I know it wasn't the employee's fault BUT there is no way to get out of line once you have your drink (far left line) so if there's an issue, everyone waits. That being said, you can get your drink fixed before you leave the line, but then you're the "a-hole" that holds up the line. Overall I love 7 Brew and I'm hoping they tweak the customer service here to become an all star establishment. You won't have to pay extra for the judgement or side eye from the employees here, but they will ask you for a tip! LOL read more

I came here on St. Patrick's Day, which is today and got the buy one get one free lucky seven energy. The drink is delicious. The flavors are kiwi and lime. I was actually surprised I like it as much as I do, because I'm not a really big lime person. My only complaint would be they put way too much ice in both of the drinks. Service was good. The line was short. I do think the prices are high without deals. read more

This review is for the newly opened location in Bolingbrook. First the staff is beyond helpful and patient when taking your order. It was our first time here and the menu was very overwhelming but our order taker was not only patient but very helpful making the perfect suggestions that we were very happy with. Prices are competitive with other chains but I especially love that there are so many combinations for drinks that can be made completely sugar free which is totally awesome for diabetics. I can truly enjoy a guilt and sugar free indulgence. My husband gets To enjoy his shake if he's not in the mood for a coffee and I can enjoy my SF hot or cold blonde whatever is my delight. We feel this is a very welcome asset to Bolingbrook and hope they remain open for years to come. read more

This is a review for the brand & not specifically this location. This was my 3rd visit to a 7 Brew after previously two failed attempts, I still decided to give them a chance. Their coffees don't have much coffee in them(as if diluted) & only use syrups for flavor. Also the cups were almost filled with ice, like seriously?? Again this was my 3rd time & all three times, same exact experience. It's so bad, they make Dunkin' look like Starbucks lol. Never patronizing them again! BE WARNED!! read more

I came to try this place, one they are out of any milk other than whole milk. they charged me 6:50 for a medium hot coffee which is the size of a small hot coffee.. the coffee had all foam in it no coffee... the guys basically forced me to tip them until I said why do I have to tip they say it's just a suggestion So why am I in your tip screen. this was horrible for my first time I will not be back.. Starbucks and Dunkin are way better... also why aren't they giving out receipts here. it won't last long read more

I decided to try out this new place as I saw many good reviews. I have stopped many times, and service is very mediocre due to not receiving receipts after purchase unless requested, inconsistent service style, and not receiving rewards for a purchase after ensuring to give my number. However, the final straw was when I noticed every time I got my medium sized drink after finishing which took a good amount of time, I would still have an entire cup of ice even when requesting light ice. Well since I don't really care for ice from restaurants, I just decided to opt out all together and get no ice in my drinks. Expecting to receive 75% of my drink due to me not getting ice it was to my surprise when I barely was given 50% of my medium sized drink that costed $5+ dollars. When I reached out to customer service with photos, I was then told I would have to pay extra for a full drink. Also, that if I were to get light ice, I would be given 4 additional ounces of drink free of charge. This however did not make any sense due to the fact if I get less ice, I would be given more drink but if I got no ice, I would not be given anything. Customer service was extremely poor and after asking for more clarity I was ghosted which provides a lack of accountability to the customer from this brand. How can a brand have a slogan for kindness but can't offer a proper response or sense of remorse for the issue. I am deeply affected by this as I was bringing coffee to my office for coworkers and was about to get this site added to our monthly coffee runs. However, now we will continue to give our money to Starbucks and Dunkin as we are able to receive the proper quantity and respect for the prices we are paying. I really hope this brand takes in these corrections and does better for future customers. read more
