They are convenient but I'm not in love with the drinks. I got matcha and wished there was more matcha flavor, and the drive through is very difficult to navigate. Employees are super sweet though. I will give them a second chance I think, maybe a different location with a better drive through. This review does not reflect service though, those girls were very very sweet. After I moved up to Fayetteville I started going to 7 Brew and now that I know what good quality coffee tastes like... I can't and won't go back to Starbucks. The coffee is amazing, if you like Red Bull.. this is also the place for you. You can thank me later. You may be thinking, yeah... the coffee is great but what about the customer service??? The employees here are incredible!!! These employees seem happy to help, happy to serve, and most importantly happy to be there. I came in with what can only be described as an "infamous Karen order" I had one of those orders so obnoxiously specific I was embarrassed to order it. My first time to 7 Brew and will be my last. Difficult to find the drive thru when there are no signs. I absolutely hate a drive-thru when there is a person outside running around taking orders. There was no menu and when I asked what they had he said, "anything you want" So, I picked the first thing on the menu he had on his hand held computer. I asked what size and he said small, medium, and large....but he didn't know how big they were when I asked how many ounces. So, I ordered it and he had me pull up and was walking beside me and I was afraid I might even run over him. Took my card and swiped it. $5.99. So then there are some girls standing outside at a table. They talked forever to the vehicle forever that was in front of me(while my frozen drink is setting on the table and it's 98 degrees outside). The vehicle in front of me obviously knew the girls but he didn't order a drink. So, I then get my drink and all would have been good had it been decent. This tasted like a frozen machine at a 7 Eleven store. Unbelievably sweet and not good at all. No whipped cream or carmel drizzle on my drink as indicated by the picture either. When asked I was told that drink doesn't come with whip cream. Not a single thing was good about my experience. Will not be back and threw my entire drink in the trash. read more

Ran out of beans at the house so stopped by 7 Brew to buy some for the next morning. To my astonishment they don't sell them. I could see pounds and pounds of them, could smell them, and practically taste them, but I couldn't have them because they only sell the liquid in a cup if you want it right now. I have a day job, don't drink coffee at 9:00 pm, but was willing to buy it for a higher price than what I usually pay so I could brew in the morning. Too bad, because if your beans are any good you probably would have made me into a repeat customer. Two stars because your employee rejected me nicely. read more

Went to 7 Brew this morning and the experience was so good I had to share. I had never been to 7 Brew before this morning but had heard great things about the coffee from friends. I hadn't ordered yet when I realized I had forgotten my wallet, but I was stuck in the drive thru line, so when I got to the window I informed the girl who was taking orders of my mistake. Always friendly with a good selection of drink choices. The employees have always been friendly and they seem to enjoy being there. As is typical with coffee shops, the prices are a little on the high side and a latte with an extra shot doesn't taste much different than a regular latte, but I like a bold flavor and it may just be me. The limited service options on the MLK store cause it to back up a little during peak times, but the employees there work quickly and come to your car to process your order, which helps. read more

They were good when they first opened. Now the coffee has no coffee flavor and is too sweet. It almost tastes watered down. Ive tried several different kinds of coffee drinks but they all taste the same. Not as clean as when they opened. And i swear i saw finger go in my drink once. This is my favorite coffee place I have ever been to. I'm not even over exaggerating about how good all of their coffees are. Not too mention their smoothies, teas, and Red Bull drinks are amazing as well. I go to 7 Brew almost every day. I went through a punch card in a week and started the week off with a free coffee! The employees are so nice and remember you if you go as often as I do. 10/10.
