The service is always great and the combination of drinks are great the only issue is sometimes this location is slow

Stopped in for morning coffee with the hubby. He goes regularly and she knew his order without having to ask. I wanted something cold and sweet. Her recommendation did not disappoint. The blondie chiller coffee strength for me bordered close to more than I could handle however, it satisfied my request. The vibe was upbeat with easy listening music playing. This was our first time. Staff was super patience with us because the menu was scrolling on the monitor and we did not know what we wanted. This place is a drive through only. No placed to sit or drink. Three drinks were about $18. Not bad! Drinks were delicous. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! i will never go there again! they were so rude and acted like they were so much better. the funny face looking girl OH MY GOSH i never hated a person that looked like that ever! her nose was way to big to be acting like to us and then the brown girl when we pulled up was giving us so many looks and was so rude. i ordered three drinks and they forgot one of my drinks! i told her and she ROLLED HER EYES at me! how dare a little monkey looking girl acts like that! they make me never want to go to seven brew ever again! read more

the service was terrible!! first the lady w the big nose was was complaining about our orders and how they were to long and kept complaing how was struggling to take our orders. we payed for sevens dranks and we gave her a good tip for all attitude she had with us. then when we pulled up to the window the other colored lady was being rude and very short w us. we got all the drinks as we thought but they didn't give us one of the coffee ones and that was the second one we ordered. we told the lady and she kept saying that we didn't order it but we did so we had to order another one and pay for it but guess what WE DIDNT TOP HER ASS!! and the whole time we were nothing but nice tk them but they were js rude. the fact that they act liked this in a town called "niceville" but the complete opposite is crazy. and the fact that the 7 brew in slidell louisiana was so much better and nicer is crazy. i rate this a one star those ugly ass niggas were rude. those workers were to ugly to be acting like that and the big nose lady and probably slurped up the drink that we ordered but they said that we didn't get oh and i can't forget how NASTY half of the dranks were and we got those before and they never tasted like that before. i will NEVER be going there again!! read more

We had nothing bad to say! The drinks were great, made to order and customized your way. Service was fantastic, even though the line was pretty long. It moved quickly and the young woman who helped us had an intentional conversation with us. There's no inside seating, just drive through. Fine by us! Overall, 5/5. We loved it. read more

Customer Service is on point like no other! It's so awesome to see how much fun the employees are having!! Music going, employees, smiling, and dancing, they keep the longest line going super fast. I enjoy 7 brew; however this locations service is consistently lacking. I typically get a tea with lavender and cream and there is always something missing-- if it's not the lavender, it's the cream. The employees often seem unwilling to help. There's been times when they've told me they can't fix it and some say they made it exactly how I ordered. I order it the same every time and there's always one thing missing. There are many great employees who are always kind and understanding but there are employees who appear rude and annoyed when I address the issue. During one of my visits, I observed 2 employees who were taking orders and handing them to the customers, pet a dog that was in a vehicle then proceeded to hand the drinks out without washing their hands. That is extremely unsanitary and concerning as it could pose a risk to someone with severe allergies. read more

Well, I lived through 7brew. The order taker in the outer lane kept giving myself and the driver dirty looks. That didn't prepare me for the toxic brew I was about to receive. For some unknown reason, they added FOUR espresso shots to my coffee. I simply asked for a black coffee. My digestive system was affected the rest of Sunday, all night, and then Monday morning. Sidenote: I take medicine for high blood pressure. 7Brew is a menace and I will not return. read more

I normally would go and get my coffee at Starbucks on my way to work. I'm always a faithful customer. Then somebody told me about seven brew coffee in Niceville. I was a faithful customer to them. I always leave a tip. I would ask for the same type of coffee every day Once in a while I would change the flavor of a latte, but it was always the same size I went there the other day I ordered a large extra hot caramel latte when I drove up to the front to pay for it they told me it was $6.12. I asked them did you go down on your prices? They said no I said well how come I've been paying $7.12 plus I gave them a $.50 tip so it brought the price up to $7.64 I believe so for over two months they were charging me $7.12 the young teenagers thought it was funny. They didn't even go and get a manager so the manager could talk to me. I tried calling the corporation. Nobody would answer. I left two different messages for them to call me back so we could dispute this nobody ever called me back. I emailed them. Nobody has returned my email so now I'm going to the Better Business Bureau. I will never go there again. I don't think it's right that you start a business and when there's a problem with your customer, that is a faithful customer, you should want to know why they don't wanna come back. I don't recommend this place but if you wanna go, it's up to you. I'm just letting you know that this is what they did to me. I think it was wrong. It's not funny and you always have to check behind yourself because if you don't, this is what's gonna happen to you these young teenagers, they have no respect for their elders. They think everything is a joke. They don't care about their customers and it's horrible so I will not be going there anymore. I'm not giving them the time of day. I love 7Brew, but this location has me extremely frustrated. I consistently ask for the same drink-- black iced tea with lavender and cream-- and consistently receive it some kind of messed up. When this location was first opening up, I expected some growing pains, but months of the same issue? Additionally, I have witnessed staff petting animals inside of people's vehicles, then immediately handling orders without washing their hands. While this might not seem like a big deal to most, my younger sister has a severe allergy to most animals, and this can cause her to have an allergic reaction. It's difficult to explain to a ten year old that she cannot have the drink we just ordered as someone does not care to wash their hands before bringing our drinks out to us. It also feels as though we cannot say something directly to staff about it as they tend to have poor attitudes when redirected about something. This most recent visit: We ordered one kids hot chocolate without peppermint and one with, a kids sized cloud nine matcha, an earl grey tea with cream and lavender, and a black iced with with cream and lavender. When the staff member brought out the hot chocolates, we asked which had the peppermint and which was plain. The staff member stated that she had no clue, so my elder sister tasted one the verify. The staff member mumbled something about "you could've just smelled them..." as she walked away. Then, the black tea was brought out with the lavender on the side (for what reason? i have no clue). Next, the earl grey. A few minutes later, the girl who brought the hot chocolate out came and said "Here's the matcha you're waiting for." I asked her if it was the cloud nine matcha, to which she said "yes." and walked back inside. We tasted it in the parking lot and noticed it didn't even taste like the matcha was at the right concentration, and there was no syrups to change the flavor. It was a watered down matcha. When I went to the walk up door, I waited roughly five minutes to be fully acknowledged by staff, who then brought me an extremely overly-syruped matcha. While the kids enjoyed it, my elder sister and I did not care for the overwhelming amount of sugar that was in it. We would love to come back to this location, but it is extremely frustrating to be met with the same issues again and again. The one redeeming factor that we can agree on is the lovely, portly, flamboyant man. We always forget to ask his name, but he is extremely sweet and has the best energy! read more

this was absolutely horrible service worker named tristan johnson screwed up my order and caused me to have an allergic reaction and he then proceeded to pour my drink in me he put too many flavor scoops in my drink and it caused me to have cardiac arrest i will sue this little rat read more
