This has been a 4-star experience every time I've visited here since 2018. This week has been a slight exception. In fact, Why? I found an even easier way to enjoy it. Worried about lines? (Yes, they work quickly but are often very very crowded.) No problem -- this week, I ordered on line. And it was a great experience. Customize your order item by item...pick all the goodies you want; set a time for you. order to be ready. (You can pick it up, as I did...or order Door Dash, etc to deliver it to you at work or home). Simply put: Chose my items, clicked on "order"...and received a text almost immediately. And, when my order was ready (within the estimated time...) I got another text informing me thusly. Very, very convenient...no hemming or hawing over a large menu board trying to decide while being jostled by other hungry patrons. Definitely will order on line again....especially when I'm pressed for time. 5 star experience indeed! read more

This place was highly recommended because I'm military, and everybody loves Poké bowls! I walked in and there was about seven people already ahead of me so I knew this place was going to be very good. I walked up to the front and ordered my Poké bowl which was salmon and tuna. I got an extra scoop of salmon that came with it or I could've gotten a third protein. You can get it with rice, brown rice greens and I think there was a couple other options. Their menu is very easy and very clear to understand and read which made a very helpful and not overwhelming. Everything was labeled perfectly and very quick and fast efficient service I got my Poké bowl on a bed of greens. As you can see, I added a few extra toppings and that was extra like the avocado, seaweed salad and mango, but the mango was actually not ready and crunchy and hard. It did not taste very good at all! I also got a passionfruit Boba tea with lychee. This cost me $25 for both . Everything was packaged very perfectly and my drink looks phenomenal and tasted great.. The staff, they were very kind very quick. The environment was very clean and very kept. It's a very tiny shop. They were out of napkins, so you just had to use a paper towel roll. That was kind of inconvenient since everyone else is grabbing to rip a piece off . I happily enjoyed my visit overall ! Will be back thank You for making it a good experience! read more

We were so hungry, we didn't take photos haha. The inside is super cute, I love the fun music they play which makes for great ambiance. I feel like there's something for everyone- whether a smoothie/açaí bowl, poke, boba/drinks, or other fun a East Asian snacks, definitely can find something everyone loves Service was great! Really quick, everyone was super nice and patient. Poke- absolutely fresh and amazing. I did a build my own bowl, you get three protein scoops of your choice. They give you such generous amounts of super fresh proteins, I was so impressed I felt like each bite I was able to get some fish. You can absolutely taste the freshness of the food, it was so delicious that's all my boyfriend and I could muster out in words in between chews. I have poke probably once a week where I'm at haha, this is definitely one of the top places I've had poke at! We also got their new spam musubi's! When I typically have spam musubi's, sometimes I feel like I have a weird spam aftertaste or the sauce doesn't mesh as well- but theirs was so delicious. Harmonious flavors, still salivating while writing this review days later! We also got their açaí bowl and it was super yum. Unfortunately this place has gone downhill in the past three years. Portions are smaller and smaller, prices increasing, fees stacking up, and now they no longer offer their classic punch cards. One of the only quick "healthier" options for lunch around FWB that was semi-affordable. Definitely slowing down on my visits to Think Poke. read more

The food was ok. FYI NOT AUTHENTIC HAWAIIAN POKE and that is okay! I have been here about a total of three or four times and have gotten food poisoning from the fish one time. I had to find out as well that they are a sister company with DOMO and I had also got food poisoning from their fish as well. I came back today because my friend was wanting to try poke for the first time and she was excited! The service was terrible. I couldn't hear past the glass due to people talking and I was yelled at and given an attitude the whole entire order. I didn't feel like I was a customer even though I was paying for the food they were making in front of me. This place is mediocre and I will never be coming back, I'm very sad that our way of poke and giving food with love is being disrupted. You don't have to be Hawaiian to make Hawaiian cuisine but please do it with aloha. As a native Hawaiian, please don't pilau to the people. Btw I paid $50 dollars worth and plus tip for us to get poke bowls! I even tipped because of how dumb yall made us feel. read more

Think Poke in Fort Walton Beach's Uptown Station is the best poke spot in the Emerald Coast! They offer Create your own bowls, bingsu, boba/bubble tea, and pitaya bowls. Their offerings have Korean-inspired flavors and I enjoy this place a lot! I've enjoyed most of everything I've tried from there! The poke bowls are awesome. I love building the bowls to get beef but it is bulgolgi (Korean-style marinated beef), and tofu. I like their over iced-milk tea. The boba is always good (not too chewy nor hard). It does get too milky, so I usually ask for more tea and less milk. HOT TIP: they are usually really busy no matter the time of day, so dedicate at least like 20 minutes to go in and order your food to take Togo. I've waited up to 35 minutes to get one boba Togo. It's fast to order, but the wait is long. Also, The space is kinda tight, but you can open the doors and eat in the hallway. They are great to order via doordash ! I love their read more

The first time I ordered from this place as a pick up - I had to wait over 15 minutes to get just one drink because they were shortstaffed and I guess backed up - that order was wrong and I had to have them fix it. Today I tried again for another pick up and that order was wrong again, but this time the person behind the counter argued with me as to how the order was not wrong and I was wrong and if I wanted it the way that I had asked for I needed to pay an extra $.50. .. Most of this review will be about how bad the customer service was. We ordered 3 bowls online and all 3 were made incorrectly - kinda like they mixed-and-matched between the 3 bowls in such a way that none were right. I was only able to differentiate the bowls based on the proteins used. I theoretically could have asked for them all to be remade or otherwise refunded, but I only asked for one to be remade. I had to argue and present my case for a while - as if I didn't know what the orders were that I just made nor my personal tastes which would never include some of the toppings that were on my bowl. I finally get the bowl remake accepted, with me mentally wishing I got a refund, and the first thing I'm told is "yeah you're going to need another protein because we used the last of the spicy tuna on that bowl." Could have just said you were out. Besides, the other bowls that were also incorrect used spicy tuna. If you were going to remake the order, then why argue? I thought for sure they just wanted me to initiate a chargeback or something. This is not a 1-star review because the important part - the food- was delicious. You get a bountiful amount of protein (even on my remake), rice, and topping on your poke bowl for a decent price which really helped me forget about the hoops I had just jumped through. I enjoy going here ever since my first time in May. Since I have moved to the area, I like going here building my own bowl.

Food was great and fresh , service was fast and the food was great amount we were able to eat our left overs for lunch the next day.

I wish I would've found this place earlier during our stay, I would've eaten here every day!! Their menu screens weren't working when we got there so we weren't exactly sure what or how to order (their ingredient display isn't labeled) but the lovely girl behind the counter was super nice at explaining it to us, even with the big lunch rush. My husband and I both got poke bowls- super fresh and great tasting options. Not exactly Hawaiian style poke but depending on the type of sauces and toppings you order, the closest to tasting like home that I've had in quite a while. We also tried their boba smoothies- they use FRESH ingredients, not the powdered flavorings!!!!!! Oh how I've missed having fresh avocado smoothies and they definitely didn't disappoint. I tried the taro pudding- expect a pudding consistency when eating! You can taste actual taro flavors which pairs nice with the brown sugar syrup. A tad bit on the sweet side though. Just great. My wife hates sushi, has never had a poke bowl, but the server was really good helping her pick out something she would like. Got the chicken and beef over white rice and spring mix with a garlic sauce. Came here last night for a week long trip in Destin, FL. It was delicious and they were busy for a Sunday night! I got the small BYO bowl with white rice, salmon, tuna, fernbrakes, masago, seaweed salad, radish, onion flakes, scallions, garlic flakes and ponzu sauce. Food is pretty good and it is fast. We've been going here for a few years and will get it somewhat regularly. Good selection of toppings and good portion size. Now, the last 2 times in a row we have gone there has been a mistake- my wife likes to get extra protein, I do not. Both times now they have given her extra protein and also mistakenly given me extra protein even though I did not ask for it. When it comes time to pay they charge me additional and I tell them I did not ask for that. They say- we already put it on so we have to charge you. My first time trying something like this and it was very good. I recommend it for those who like sushi or don't like sushi. It all tasted super fresh. We had chicken, Salomon, beef and scallops, white rice , cucumber, edamame, Krab salad, jalapeños , onions, sweet soy. It was all sooo good. My husband and I have been to this place a couple of times. However, each time the service is just awful. The ladies are just rude to not only me but my husband as well. We came half an hour before closing and the employee was trying to give a refund/change order for a customer ahead of me. Visited 2 days in a row. Poké is one of my favorite foods. Workers wearing masks/splash guards. Went with regular sized bowl the 1st time and then large bowl 2nd time. Fish was fresh. Vegetables and additional toppings were great (Side note: I wish they had shiitake mushrooms). As you make your own bowl, a person can't help but enjoy it. The sauces are good. I got the soy garlic with a side of Gochujang (absolute fav-spicy). Be sure to ask for light soy garlic sauce as they added too much the 2nd time around. Don't forget to get your free side of crab in your bowl. I love that you have the option to choose salad or rice (brown or white) as your base and then you add your other items from there. Fruit tea! Yes, please. I don't care for mil in my tea so I asked for green tea, passion fruit with blueberry bobas (balls with liquid fruit filling). So good. This has quickly become my fave spot. The food was ok, ordered the beef bibimbap bowl and wished there was kimchee. The rice was dry and hard. The beef had good flavor and was the star of the bowl. The service started out good and then another worker took over and seemed annoyed every time I would ask for another item to be added.
