She contacts us when there is an absence in a timely manner. She takes care of any situations that arise in a timely manner. She will contact you to replace the aide and will not keep you waiting for weeks to find a replacement. Mrs. Frazier is a very pleasant professional to work with.

They had to discharge me, because they wanted to give up on me, and also I have find another agency, wait another 2 weeks to start all over again. These people come from the Galactic Federation just like any other corrupted Galactic Federation owned agency. Also the owner of this company has a deep military background to set the record streight, forcing us to work for them, and not for us. I knew this wasn't going to last forever, because of the stress and pressure that the recent caregiver has given me, and trying to force me be discharged. I think discharging should be outlawed and never allowed especially where there are little or no new options out there. I just hate being thrown to the curve just like that, because I not not elite enough, not perfect enough to be part of their family. Just throw me into the woods and being forgotten. This is what I get and deserve, and why I cannot with the home care corruption. I am under too much stress, too much pressure, and they do deserve this negative review to be posted and shared with many others. I am getting tired of this, these people come from different worlds. They just want to be cruel to be kind, and it does not matter what you do for them, they want you to kiss their behind. This agency is not for everybody, and it's sure not for me. I don't recommend this agency and I sure did not recommend their transportation services. I should of never been assigned to them in the first place. They are so last year, they don't want to improve their compassion skills. They don't even like giving you a hug.

I told him I needed someone to take me to doctor's and help clean house. He brought a nice woman named Susan to help me. He wanted to know the days and hours I needed her and I gave them to him. He didn't tell me she had to stay four hours and she had to call him immediately after leaving and she was required to report what happened here. Twice I told her to leave early because I was sick and needed to be alone. She reported this to Benjamin Sawyer and he took my hours and days away from me without my knowledge. I called telling him I was upset over this. He threw it up to me that they weren't a taxi service. I said I told you in the beginning what I needed and you went along with it. I texted him I was still upset that Susan gave him a bad report. He texted me he wanted no more messages about being upset. I called him this morning and his wife answered. I tried to tell her there was a communication problem. I told him I liked Susan who he sent to help me and said I hope you all pay her for her mileage and he told me that was no concern of mine. The last call he said, "No wonder you're by yourself, Susan isn't coming back." This was when I tied in with him calling him a few choice words. Don't call him for help is my advice.

At the front desk, I explained that I wanted to pay in cash and was told the visit would not exceed $250. I paid that amount in full on the spot. Shortly after, I realized I had my insurance card with me and asked if the payment could be reverted so insurance could be used instead. The receptionist assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and processed it accordingly. Fast forward about a month, and I receive a bill in the mailed more than $1,100.00--a shocking amount that's over four times what I was initially quoted. Had I known this would be the outcome, I never would have authorized the insurance switch. The original agreement was a $250 cash payment, which I honored in good faith. This situation feels deceptive. There was no clear explanation of how using insurance could lead to such an inflated charge. It seems that once insurance was involved, the pricing structure changed entirely without my consent or proper disclosure. Patients and parents deserve transparency--especially when dealing with medical emergencies involving children. I strongly urge Wardell Orthopaedics to review their communication and billing policies. This experience has made me question whether I can trust this practice with my family's care in the future.

To be honest, I was not even a bit excited to begin going to PT. They have a 6,000 square foot facility INSIDE of the Bon Secours' Harbourview Medical Center. At first, it can be a bit difficult to find. If you park in the main medical parking lot, then head into the main entrance you will see the Wardell Ortho/Harbour Rehab entrance near the sandwich stand. The facility is quite nice, large windows surround the rehabilitating floor overlooking a small lake. They, also, have a television in the waiting area and free WiFi for patients. I've been seeing a Physical Therapist named Ed and a Physical Therapy Tech named Karen. Both of them are absolutely phenomenal to work with, I highly suggest asking for the both of them since they seem to have an abundance of experience/expertise. I have heard nothing but good things from fellow patients and friends of mine about their positive experiences. They have won "Best of the Best" so many times in HR that they have to find creative places to put them!
