Customer service, a little bit of respect... everyone here was rude asf me and my family came up here to have a great time I have been here so many times spend tons of money here get my weekend stays and the one time I come up here with my family I had my 18 year old and his 18 year old girlfriend with us they didn't have id, they were not walking the floor because they already knew they couldn't without a id they went and bought $40 worth of food at their snack bar and they told us I " couldn't leave my kids unattended" when they where just sitting there eating minding their business and are 18 we had workers following us all night this night definitely upset me and just gave me a another reason to why I don't come here... they are not family friendly and I get them not having visible id but I have other proof of identity and it was still a problem read more

The service at the restaurant was superb. I am giving this a five star because that is the biggest damn chicken fried steak I've ever seen in my life. They need to back off the bread, way too much bread. So tender that you could cut it with, but the bread needs to go because it's just way too much. The taste and the texture of this chicken fried steak was the best I've ever tasted in my life. The big dinner rolls were awesome but like I said again, I'm gonna repeat myself myself the breading on this chicken fried steak this to be cut in half that is just really super ridiculous ridiculous. I really think that the entire chain has been bought out by Kansas Star. No employees around. turned my service light on waited 20 minutes no one showed I had to flag down cleaning person to call someone. Then waited 10 more minutes for service person to show up. This casino used to be fun, you may not win but win enough to play for a while. Eventually you could hit some jack pot. Now no winning no jackpots the machines just suck the money out of you hand like a vacuum. Played 20-25 different machines and none of them hit any kind of big win. Red screens also a joke! I hate to put such a negative review. And to be fair the hotels are nice, roomy and comfortable, and the waterpark is alot of fun, the kids really enjoyed it. But for the price I expect them going above and beyond, the first thing was the tv was broken in one of the rooms, they couldn't fix it which is ok but they didnt offer anything to make up for it, then I asked for a couple extra laundry bags and they gave me trash bags. But the worst thing to me is that they tried to charge us $13 for breakfast (per person!) I know it seems small but really? She happily explained it when checking in, my husband was like "oh well free breakfast helps with the cost" literally using the adjective "free" in front of breakfast, and she didnt say a word. It's not a big deal but it is, because to me that's just cheap. They do not offer any sort of breakfast during the week and boasted about the weekend buffet and then when we get there this morning we were shocked and we had small kids who still were going to be about $10 a piece. If your from around the area or traveling through I highly recommend the stay if it's a weekday because they are much cheaper(the special we got anyways around $130w/out tax). When we decided to stay another night it put us into staying on a Friday and the prices tripled. For that much I would think they would at least give your family breakfast. read more

Only visited the water park, great place. Not a lot of places to eat, but if your eat at the Casino who cares but it is expensive$$$.

Stay away. Except for the door man, the help was - at best - ill-informed and incompetent. The first time I went to my room, the keys did not work forcing me to hike back to the front desk to get them reprogrammed. I asked for the shortest way to the casino meeting room and was told my disabled wife would have to walk back to the front desk to find the correct hallway. There was another elevator directly across from my room (literally) that took us to 100 feet away from the meeting room. Since they did not service my room on the first night, I had to go fetch my own toilet paper and coffee. No breakfast available unless you pay extra. Even their own website admits that there are very few amenities available (no fridge, microwave, room service, etc.). For the price they charge, I expected much more. We were supposed to get a discount for being part of a group; it turns out the rate we paid was the regular rack rate for the room. Very disappointing. read more
