An older man was mopping, and when we walked toward the chips and drinks, he told us it was fine to go ahead. While my husband was looking for his chips, the employee suddenly told him "hurry, hurry." My husband doesn't speak English, and he didn't understand what was going on.When I asked the employee what the problem was, he completely ignored me and gave my husband dirty looks. He refused to speak to me, look at me, or explain why he was talking to us like that.We ended up leaving immediately because the attitude and disrespect were unbelievable. Just a heads up to others the employees here are extremely rude and seem to treat customers differently based on language or appearance.

During the summer, they even offer complimentary water bottles with every wash or free microfiber towels & car fresheners on certain days. While the blow dryers are inept, they provide compressed air & I always keep a supply of microfiber towels in my trunk to ensure a thorough drying. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall experience has been positive. The staff here are consistently friendly & accommodating.

What makes this especially frustrating is that Gas N Wash completed its own incident report stating that I "wasn't loaded properly," resulting in damage along the passenger side of my truck. I understand that accidents can happen. What I don't understand is a company documenting that a customer wasn't properly loaded into its car wash and then refusing to take responsibility for the resulting damage. Based on my experience, I would not trust Gas N Wash with my vehicle again and cannot recommend this location. I hope Gas N Wash corporate does the right thing and resolves this claim.
