Very professional and mindful of our time frame, Caleb's came to our home in their mobile cleaning vehicle, communicating throughout the entire process and did an excellent job of detailing my husbands car (that was pretty much a moldy trashed bachelors car until Caleb's detailed it into a respectful family car, lol). I think the planning behind the layout could have been way more intentional. Unfortunately noon on a Friday is peak hours- this place was packed. So packed it got to a point where it was almost ridiculous, and the line wasn't that fast. However, I was really desperate for a car wash. I came in at 12:31 noon and I didn't leave until 1:06 pm. I definitely wasn't expecting a trip to the car wash to be 30 mins. This wouldn't be so bad if the performance made up for the wait time. However, unfortunately my car still had some dirt marks. My car was mostly clean- but not fully. Which is surprising because this place is uber popular. I got the very basic car wash for $7, maybe that's why my car wasn't as clean as expected. Overall, it was a pretty mediocre experience. I would much rather go to my usual car wash spot that's $2 less. My car is usually spotless when I go there.
