I ended up ordering a 12oz hot honey lavender latte. The coffee beans itself tasted a bit burnt to me which altered the whole flavor of the drink. I also ordered the Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Bagel as they serve Jake's Bagels here. The sandwich was good but could have used a sauce. I also didn't get much of the cheese flavor. I moved to the area a few months ago and was looking for a local coffee shop to frequent, tried this place first and now I'm there nearly every week! What really blows me away about this spot is the consistency. I'm usually one who switches up my order, but I can never bring myself to order anything but my usual triple iced half sweet blanco americano. If I ordered my coffee regularly like that anywhere else, there'd be days where I get a good drink and days where I get a not so good drink. Not here. Every single time it's exactly how I ordered it the first time. 10/10, no notes. Along with consistent items, the staff is also consistent in their friendliness!! My iced caramel macchiato was very tasty, not watered down, and I liked how I could actually taste the caramel. As far as prices go I paid $13.38, it's similar to what I would pay at Starbucks. It can get a bit pricey. Luckily for me- after doing a bit of research I found that Moka does have an app and a rewards program. I just think they should advertise it a little bit more.
