Again this store and clerks refuse to honor advertised prices. The sign clearly says $6.74 when you buy 2 or more. The barcode would not work and the clerk manually entered $9 and refused to sell for the Advertised price. If he had the ability to manually enter the Non sale price why couldn't he manually enter the sale price. He told me to go somewhere else. Really?! BEWARE FRAUDULENT CARD SKIMMING AT THIS LOCATION : My Wife visited this store at 11.48am on 8/24, she used a debit card to pay for some items ( Not Gas ) and within 15 minutes someone tried to take a 1000 dollars out of my account. I went to the store and reviewed security footage but they were not helpful and denied any issue of there's. I also reported this to the local police. This was the first time we had used the card since 8/19 as we had been house bound with Covid so there can be doubt the issues was with this transaction. Please use caution at this store. read more

SKETCHY. I've read stories about customers not getting the correct change back, poor customer service, etc. But I hadn't had a negative experience myself until yesterday. I went to this location to cash a lottery ticket that I bought from there. I was alone in the store, and the cashier handed the cards back to me and said "No cash." I told him, "No man, I bought these from here, I'm cashing out." ...Then, he wouldn't give me the tickets back. He kept telling me "no cash" until other customers walked in the store. Suddenly, with other ears around he tried to "help". Instead of cash, he prints out a voucher for more lottery tickets. No thanks, I want the cash. That's it, I'm done with this place! Last night on December 8, 2019 at around 530pm I had an encounter with the clerk named Aman that cost me 50 dollars due to his own stupidity and cluelessness. It took me a few minutes to understsnd what exactly happened but I've given the exact date and time so that the owner can verify I'm telling the truth 100%. I came in like I do multiple times a day, (I spend on average 6 to 800 dollars monthly here) and asked to have some money put on my prepaid card. I asked for 400 dollars. Check the security tape. You'll see. I gave Aman a 5 dollar bill to cover the fee of the 400 and gave him 4 50 dollar bills also. As I left I was checking my reciept and felt like something was not right but before I could figure it out, Aman started screaming for me to come back inside and to give him 50 dollars. I didn't have to do anything. I should have laughed in his face and left but I'm a nice guy. I've even given aman rides to subway in my truck for lunch. Anyway I told aman I was trusting him about the amount and gave him 50 dollars to cover his mistake. He was still indignant and immature telling me, the 711 customer who spends 800 dollars a month sometimes not to come back to HIS store. His store!! Well I'm taking my business elsewhere. What can I say, a cup of fresh hot coffee for a dollar (any size refill). It's not Starbucks or Peet's, but with the creamers and syrups, you can come close. This location has it's ups and downs depending on who's working. There is a day or two every week that the coffee I want isn't made, but that is because I come at a busy time in the mornings. Wow I cannot believe the negative reviews here. I have been coming here for years, multiple times a week and have never had a bad experience. Yes, it is family owned, and yes if you're rude to them they will stick up for themselves. Nothing wrong with that. Myself, I have never witnessed any of the employees/owners being rude to anyone. In fact they are very friendly and polite. The store is fully stocked and clean. I have even requested specific items which they began stocking after my request. Good 7-11, I'm in and out in a jiffy... I'll pay a little more than Safeway or Raley's for something but I'm out in less than 2 minutes! Very seldom do they have a long line. The only thing that isn't so good about this particular 7-11 is that it seems like they don't check their items often enough for expiration dates.
