Can you help me?" he immediately said, "YOU FKED-UP MY PUMP!" I was completely shocked and asked, "Did you just say that I fked-up your pump?" He doubled down and again, "YES! YOU FKED-UP MY PUMP!" He kept repeating it. I asked how it was even possible to "fk-up" a pump simply by swiping a card? ...and that's when the situation escalated with even more profanity spoken. I've never been spoken to like that by a business owner in my life. I told him I would NEVER buy gas there again -- and as I drove away, he gave me the middle finger. Completely unprofessional, hostile, and unacceptable behavior. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
