I will not be coming back to the 7/11 on Ave M. 7/11 is my go-to spot before and after practice. I normally go to the one on Ave J and those workers know me as a frequent customer. However the one at Ave M is a different story. The cashiers are incredibly rude. They had absolutely no patience whatsoever, tried kicking out the people that accompanied me because they were taking too long deciding what to purchase. However that gives them absolutely no right because we are paying customer who were treated unjustifiably rude. He spoke with attitude and contempt for people who hadn't done anything wrong and I heard consistent screaming at other customers as well. Watch out for the worker with curly hair and braces. He looked around 17-19 and was especially rude. read more

Not once in all my years of ordering online do they ever get the complete order or they send me wrong items- always wrong so frustrating!

I find the service at this location to be incredibly two-faced. And I am not the only one. The guys here will ACT like they are friendly, but I have witnessed them speak negatively about customers (loudly) when they walk out of the store. And the moment you complain about something (even a well-deserved and obvious complaint) they are Very Rude and Dismissive. The last FOUR times I have been in this store, there have been faulty check-out machines. You are either charged the incorrect amount and it takes FOREVER to fix it, or the credit card machine isn't working. Just today I had to use THREE DIFFERENT MACHINES and I was still not able to purchase the items I wanted. Because this keeps happening, I brought it to their attention. Their fake smiles left their faces immediately and their true (RUDE) faces were on display. I will NEVER shop at this location again, and I will encourage those in the local school community (the absolute lifeline of this business) to avoid them. I am not the only person who has made this complaint, and I am not the only one who has seen their true nature. These guys are RUDE and it is Disgustingly Inappropriate how they talk to and about their customers. They Do Not Deserve the forced loyalty the community gives them. read more

They have private parking lot in front of the store in Brooklyn. They towed my car while I was inside. What a terrible place!!! Don't be surprised if you don't see your car outside after buying from them!!! This must be a new way of stealing money form people!!! This 7/11 is the most dependable store in my neighborhood! Major hurricane or snow storm they are always a beacon of hope for the forgotten egg, milk and beer purchases! Service is always great! Their coffee is always fresh and hot! always have taquitos and nachos available! Will walk the extra few blocks even though I have a 7/11 closer to my house. Only downside is that it is right down the block from midwood hs and at the certain times full of rowdy teenagers. This is not something that the staff can do anything about. read more

This location would be 4* worthy but the lines and parking could get completely out of hand. It is right next door to a school and in the vicinity of some other schools too. So high schoolers pretty much take over the place. I usually run in if I need a pack of cigarettes or water. The staff is usually friendly, nice and willing to help. This is one of my favorite 7-elevens around. This store usually has everything in stock and they honor all the promotions that are offered by the chain. The only down side is that there is a high school near by, so during the school year the store tends to get packed when classes are over. Other than that there is one cashier that is very cool, but the managers tend to be rude. If not for the rush of kids and rude managers, this would be a 5 star review! I'm a loser for writing a review about 7-11, but I love and have a personal relationship with this particular 7-11. 1. Consistent pricing on all my favorite things like Diet Coke and Snyder's Garlic Bread Nibblers 2. "Gangs" of Orthodox Jewish boys loitering by the entrance 3. The staff are just creepy enough without being overly so, and always call you sweetheart or honey Sad to say I've eaten it, but you can get a decent sandwich for $3. And it comes with a bag of chips. This and the 7-11 on Avenue J are like good-store/ bad-store. This one, on Ave M is the good one. The Slurpee machine has many choices of flavors, diet and regular, and Kosher (if that's your thing). The coffee area is clean and stocked. The hot foods can be made to order, so if I don't see it in the case, I ask anyway. The employees are pleasant, efficient, and have patience like Saints. Look for the giant list of Kosher Slurpee flavors on the pillar by the drink machine. Also, the pastries and many sandwich and snacks are locally produced Kosher products. They also have good ol, 7-11 classics like sausage and egg biscuits. The floor is never sticky, which is pretty good considering how many spilled Drinks there must be. All in all, a really good experience, every time I go in. The store is exactly what a 7-11 should be- convenient, well lit, clean, and stocked. read more

I like this 7-Eleven. They have a very diverse clientele, friendly help (if you make the effort to talk with them) and usually (but not always) pretty fresh food on the grill or in the pizza warmer. They keep the store clean, have a big variety of drinks in many sizes and as Vera pointed out, the lines move quickly. read more

Good location for 7 eleven but I hate the fact that it is not easy to find parking here. Coffee is always fresh, and the staff here seem like they really try to speed up things and make the checkout process go quickly. I can give you one tip! Try to avoid the food like the warm pizza they offer. 7 11 is great for quick drink and a snack, but for food I would walk a little and find a place that offer food. read more

Typical 7-1, but the staff is rude. I moved here recently and was wondering why there was always people outside this location calling the staff mean racist names while throwing trash right outside the store. Now I know why. The staff is incredibly rude. That does not excuse the racist and rude losers outside, but get it together employees. There's only one guy there not the weekend that rocks. Everyone else needs to be fired. I was just in here the other day and a woman was calling them out on their rudeness. *sigh* read more
