They lost my business after 18+ years of going 5 times a week. My family refuses to do business with them so does all of my friends. Both have quit because of this. I was also forced to contact the FTC " Federal Trade Commission" under the consumer protection act, as well as the BBB " BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU" in hopes to protect all customers not only myself.
