The longer: This place is right across the street from Syracuse High School, I stopped by because I was nearby and the good reviews seemed positive. The location is a little small, but the inside was pretty cute. Service was good but it was a little slow, I will attribute it to everything being fresh though, because it didn't have that flavor or lack thereof to being stale ingredients. As for the food itself, I was massively impressed. I got the burger with the egg on top(I forgot what it was called) and I was extremely satisfied, so much so that I'd probably put it in my top 3 for burger joints in Utah. The fries were great as well, and the fry sauce was as good as you could expect. The Oreo shake was good as well but i probably should've asked for a spoon because the chunks were too big for the straw, not a complaint but just letting you be aware of what may happen. All in all, I'd definitely come back and suggest others would as well. I couldn't quite give it a five star but it's close 4.75/5

The event started out with a bang on a Sunday morning with endless mimosas! The guava went quick, but my husband and I were happy with the orange and pineapple mimosas. While enjoying our mimosas, they brought out the appetizer. It was freshly made guacamole topped with a chili crisp, and it included a flight of their sauces. I'm a sucker for a good guacamole...and their guacamole is great! I loved the chili crisp on top (it reminded me of the Foo Fries they had one time). The chips were salted perfectly and had a good crunch to them. The green sauce was so good, and we liked dipping the guac in it to give the guac a little bit of spice. The salsa had great flavor and I saved some for the main course, but ended up taking the salsa home (I'll touch on that later). The main course was their new special called "The G" which consisted of crinkle cut fries, scrambled eggs, basque chorizo, cheese, Inca sauce, onions, and their new Hood sauce all wrapped up in a flour tortilla. I took one glance at that burrito and I knew I was going to love it, and boy was I right! That sauce mixed with the chorizo and crispy fries really took this burrito to a whole new level. Dare I say it's my new favorite? That flavor and the crunch of the fries really made my tastebuds happy....so much so that I didn't want to change a thing by adding the salsa I saved. The side of fries came with a small container of Hood sauce. With each bite, my husband and I could taste a familiar flavor, but we couldn't quite put our finger on it.....and they wouldn't tell us their secret. We understood though because it's good! After a little bit of digesting, they served us some dessert. It was called "Churros Foster" and it consisted of churros, vanilla ice cream, and it was covered with bananas foster. This dessert was to die for! The cinnamon...the vanilla....the banana....I wanted to lick the bowl clean! I wish this was going to be a new addition to the menu, but for now it's not and I understand. I still really enjoy the churros on their dessert menu. Mimosas, delicious food, and good company! This was such a fun experience and we were very grateful to be invited.

Her favorite is the #11 Enchilada (she prefers them because of the shredded chicken and "soft on her teeth" aspect). I personally ordered one of their Taco Salads (Asada, because I love steak)! It was absolutely delicious and loaded in ingredients. We also ordered a side of their medium size French fries and they were cooked exceptionally well and came with plenty of ketchup and mayonnaise (just in case you might want to make "fry sauce"; the Utah favorite out of them). I had kindly suggested to make the birthday meal "extra special", and the employees went above and beyond to do just that! Got a few tasty unexpected treats along with the sweetest note that can still bring tears to her eyes! The attention to detail, friendly and accommodating employees, along with the freshness of food and good portion sizes is the reason why this place deserves over a 10+ rating! Thank you ALL so very much. And if you're on the fence about this place, I highly recommend that you give them a shot!

I have to say, the food itself did not disappoint--the burger was tasty, and the shake was thick, sweet, and exactly what I was hoping for. So I really wanted to like this place... but unfortunately, the overall experience made it hard to enjoy. I went through the drive-thru, thinking it'd be quick and easy, but I ended up sitting in line for 32 minutes--which is just crazy, especially when the line wasn't even that long. When I finally got to the window, the staff looked completely out of it. I don't know if they were just tired or something else, but they looked either high, burnt out, or totally checked out. No smiles, no greeting, no "thanks for waiting"--just super low energy and like they didn't want to be there. I understand people have rough days, but when you're working in customer service--especially in food--you expect at least a little friendliness or acknowledgment, especially after such a long wait. The vibe from the staff made the whole visit feel awkward and uncomfortable. It's a shame because the food was actually good. But between the long wait and the awful service, I don't see myself going back. There are plenty of other places to grab a good shake--places where the service matches the quality of the food. Iceberg might have good flavors, but they really need to work on their customer service and speed.

Tonight we went for a single ice cream cone. There was one car leaving the drive thru and my husband went inside and spent 20 minutes for ONE chocolate soft serve cone. I keep hoping it'll get better, but at this point I've lost any hope. There have been times I've had to leave my order because it's take too long.

We ordered online for in-store pickup. They gave us a timeframe, so I arrived on time. The bad news was they were very busy and way behind on filling orders. My online order was still 5 or 6 orders down the list before they even started preparing it. I waited 15-20 minutes to get my order, but the manager was very apologetic and gave us 2 coupons for free food on our next visit. We ordered a variety of things so get a good picture of what they had to offer. We ordered breakfast as well as some lunch items. They serve breakfast all day, so it worked out well. Our order included Ham Breakfast Jack, Sausage Breakfast Jack, Grilled Cheese Sandwich on Texas Toast, and the Mini Churros. I really liked the breakfast items, and I liked the sausage more than the ham. The grilled cheese was very good also. I was worried it may be greasy on the Texas toast, but it was not very greasy at all. I love churros and thought these would be the highlight, but they were just ok. My husband likes the mini tacos, but we didn't order them this time. I'm not a big fan of those. I suppose I would eat here again, especially for the breakfast.

I promptly backed out, parked in a spot, and went inside to find out what was going on and try my luck ordering in there. I recieved the same message from someone inside "we will be with you shortly". I stood there again for a while. I watched the three people working there move in the slowest of all slow motions preparing food. I again stood there for a while with no further engagement from the team there.
