Easy to enter from northbound Weston Rd into the Weston Road Shopping Center. Plenty of gas pumps but no security credit card tap. Needed 14 gallons of gas but somehow the fuel shut off at a half gallon and a receipt was provided. Went inside the 7-Eleven store and bought a few FL Lotto tickets. Store was clean bur did not need anything else. A few miles down the road I realized I barely got any gas and had to fill at another station. The original receipt in show a $1.15 charge. Not really sure if the pump was faulty but I was aggravated. read more

I had a mobile pickup order for 2x 6 packs of cookies. She gave me 3x 2 packs of oatmeal raisin when i ordered 2 6 packs of oatmeal raisin cookies. She said no I gave you what I gave you and that's it. I went back and forth with her and she's cursed me out several times and told me to gtfo out her face. I don't know her name it was a heavyset dark skin woman with braids. I've been going to this 7-eleven for so long, even had a conversation with this lady at one point. Small 7-Eleven, but well stocked and organized. Pretty complete as it provides gas pumps and a car wash. The store itself had some of the ice cream I was craving, so that was great. The clerk looked a bit tired, but I guess when they have people coming in and out every minute of every hour, it can get exhausting. I would recommend this store. read more

On March 14 at approximately 6:10 PM I stopped by the 711 store at the address 2635 Weston in Weston 33331 to get gas. I have encountered a very angry discriminatory as well as racist female at the counter who had the audacity of coming out pushing me aside to get to to look at something on the shelf then following that incident as I was in line, she stared staring me down like she was gonna kill me. if looks could kill I would be dead right now. I made a comment that she was very unprofessional and that I will not come back here to this gas station again. I also mentioned that she had no name tag which was also unprofessional where upon my statement she has responded that her name is Christina Gonzalez, and that she is in charge. The reason of me making a statement and placing it as a review is to let the weston Community know that the owner himself with the people that he hires has very little respect for the customers that they service. During these difficult times as foreigners and foreign countries are trying to cause American citizens harm and wishing us the worst, these emplyees trained by the owner potentialy laughing at us , looking at us as sheep while making wealthy incomes. A gas station itself such as this 711 brings approximately between one and 1.5 million a year on the light side. since it has car wash attached , it makes addition another one to $1.5 million a year. owner from 711 location here in Weston is possibly pulling in the vicinity of $3 million a year. Most people in this community, having an income of to $ 150,000 a year. This Owner certainly supports his family in India sending the US easy earned money to people who currently are not thinking very highly of us the American people. What I suggest is if the owner doesn't like the American people and does not want to service us, perhaps he should move his store to a different location where he can service his chosen people the people from India by exposing them to treatment and culture that he believes they deserve and exposing them to the culture of his own of Indian velues. The horrible rudeness of his employees and the fashion and level of lack of customer service he provides do not match up the Weston Community stands . There were several occasions before where his pumps weren't properly calibrated and it took 15 minutes to put $20 of gas in the tank. Months and a half ago I used their bathroom and after entering, I was not able to unlock it to exit the bathroom. I was locked in for over 15 minutes, knocking on the door and shouting for help with nobody responding. Had to call 911 to get help. Once again his employees are rude and racist during difficult times in America. This 7-Eleven is nothing short of stellar! It speaks to me of proper management inside and out. The pumps were spaciously put in place where it's comfortable to stride in and out of. The one I get gas from by my house is too close for comfort. Gas prices are competitive and comparable to other stations in the Weston/Southwest Ranches area. They keep their pumps in great working condition. I actually drove around and didn't find any that were "out of order," plus as an added bonus, the windshileld-wiper bins were filled to the top, with squeegees intact. The convenience store is what you would expect from the chain--well merchandised--but the car wash is spectacular! Having several options to choose from at an economical price was more than I expected. Not all the stations have a great-working, touchless automatic wash. This is my new favorite station in the area that I will be fueling up at! read more

Breakfast items here are always fresh and warm, the owner/manager works hard to keep things stocked and ready for the rush. Coffee is good and pots are attended to. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and they joke with me regulars, of which there are many. If you come back a few times in a row they notice. My only complaint is that the gas dispensers seem to always be out of receipt tape; no wonder, as it's always busy there too. So I just write the info down when I'm too busy to get a receipt from inside. read more

Thus is the worst store ever! The clerk was putting out the sandwich and cookies from the bins that were to stock. She literally took the cookies and brownies out of my hand and told me she was not allowed to sell fresh products until the ones on shelf sold. That 711 policy us that all old food product has to go before selling the new. I was outraged. The others were broken the is aged looked dirty. I said these look like what most food stores pull from self and donate or throw away. She said not 711 Corp says no new food items allowed selling until the outdated is sold. Terrible customer service. She was unkept and looked as if she'd been drinking and smelled as such. I am never ever stopping at this store again I've been to a couple 711 in places that you might think twice before stopping. This store should be first on list if you want to stay away from germs and complete rude and nasty customer service. Old food. Please I can't believe what I just went through?? This is probably the worst 7-Eleven I have ever been to. I went on July 11th for the birthday to go get a free slurpee. I went at around 6:30 and the line was extremely long. I don't mind making the line, but the slurpee machine was broken and they were not even trying to fix it. Service was horrible. read more

Whoever was working the AM shift I was there at around 4am on 11-10-14. Whoever the black female employee was, wow, horrible customer service and totally inconsiderate. I got there to meet a friend for a quick snack and the second we walk in she's talking and yapping off on her phone. We actually speak to ourselves for a while and she's still on her phone, we are ready to purchase maybe 10-15 mins after and she comes up (unbelievably) still speaking on her phone. Having a full out conversation with her girlfriend while summing up the transactions. Honestly, if I went in and she was on the phone, ok she's maybe tired and bored it's 4am on a Monday morning. But seriously? You can't put your phone down to sum up the transactions? I even came back to ask for pizza which I don't know if it's a new policy to stop serving pizza at 7pm, but she said she doesn't serve pizza anymore. Although, I have gotten my pizza at 5-6am before at the 7-11 by griffin which is by far the best 7-11 I have been to. So, to whomever was working that shift at night, I hope your personal people skills are much better because I have come across a younger black male who was an outstanding employee and have never met someone so kind and considerate as him before.
