The Wawa in my neighborhood is always clean, including the restrooms, and that alone makes it stand out. I really appreciate that they offer 91 premium gas since most other stations only carry 93, so having the 91 option is a big plus for me. Being my local Wawa, I've visited here many times & can say that it's one of the better locations. While most of their stores are solid, the employees here are usually very friendly. Whenever there's a larger crowd, the people working the food & drink stations do a good job at handling it. The prep areas are generally clean, unless it's during a rush which is expected. Trash cans are never over flowing & the counter tops by the self serve stations are kept clean. The store is organized well inside with plenty of delicious snacks to choose from. There's a nice selection of tables outside to eat at as well. The pumps are also maintained well, there's never many that are closed down which is a plus. One of my favorite things about this location is they do a great job keeping the tire air pumps operational. read more

Well, the gas was a great price, much lower than other stations nearby. The pump dispensed gas quickly. I had a few things to do and decided to get a Shortie sub. I remember them being g very small. I assume they started making them latlrger because this was very large. Ordering at the kiosk was very easy to do. The ladies making subs could not have been nicer. So was the cashier when I paid. I ate this sub at home. I ordered it with roast beef, cheddar cheese and most of the vegetables offered. I thought the sub tasted fair. A piece of roast beef fell off and I tasted it by itself and it was not great. I ended up throwing away half the sub after that. The roast beef was not spoiled but just not a good taste. They have a lot of varieties of subs. Seems I chose the wrong one. I will probably skip these subs in the future unless I am on the road and in a rush. read more

After picking up the kids and going to the store for some items, I came here to get gas and a treat for them on early release day. We are usually are always at 7-eleven down the street since I like my blue raspberry icee, but I love Wawa's milkshakes. My husband also brought me one of their hoagies when I was in the hospital after labor and deliver and I loved it. So needless to say I ordered that same hoagie (a BLT). I had a free reward to use, so I planned to get the largest blue raspberry icee, but the large cups for the icee did not fit the large icee tops at all, and the blue raspberry icee was out, so I ended up with a smaller size wild cherry icee . The only other issue I had is that every time we walk in, it has a bad burnt smell, which is usually not a big deal, but these smell is disgusting and can make you nauseous. The last time I was here it did make me nauseous. Thank goodness it didn't today. Hopefully, I can visit again soon and have a large blue raspberry icee and classic BLT hoagie, minus that horrible burnt smell. read more

The employees that work here are so unpleasant. Today we had a full argument over our hoagies.. we got our food and went to sit outside to eat lunch. My husband noticed his hoagie wasn't toasted and mine wasn't cut so he brought both hoagies back in to address. The woman working behind the food preparation area was up in arms, getting loud and rude to customers and fellow employees. She would not cut my hoagie because I already opened it (unwrapped it). She said they would have to remake the sandwich in order to do so. She would also not toast my husbands sandwich, argued with him about whether or not it was ordered to be toasted (it was) and finally after more argument she agreed to remake the hoagie and toast it. Cheers to a gas station that doesn't make you want to cry! Seriously speaking, it's difficult to beat Wawa's prices. I know maybe one or two places in South Florida that manage it, but it isn't the norm. Not to mention that part of what you're paying for is quality. A modern exterior, gas pumps usually covered so you don't get soaked, the ability to get more than just Pringles at a convenience store. You get the idea. While I haven't personally had their coffee or breakfast goods, I've heard plenty of praise about them. I imagine at some point I'll try them. I'm a fan of Wawa overall and really enjoy the ease of getting in and out of their location even when ordering something to eat or just getting gas. Unfortunately, this location has really become overwhelmed and its convenience leaves alot to be desired. Ordering something to eat (if you choose not to get something ready-made) is still easy at the kiosks, but wait times are longer. Additionally, the checkout lines can get a bit long as well. Knowing this, you may choose to use their app and order in advance for in-store or curbside pickup. Food is still made to order and honestly their sandwiches/subs are pretty darn delicious, so plan accordingly. Something that can be a bit annoying and could be a deterrance is the congestion outside. This location has a good amount of gas pumps so typically you should be able to get in and out swiftly. However, what I've noticed is that instead of parking alongside the store when they're ordering food inside and not purchasing (or no longer pumping) gas, patrons park their vehicles at pumps and then go inside to order food or make purchases and it blocks alot of the pumps for an extended period of time. I'm not sure what the resolution for this would be, but it's something that I'd pay attention to before pulling into their location. read more

I actually stopped here for lunch because I was filming a video for my YouTube Channel(Subscribe to Grubtent on YouTube) and discovered that they have the classic gobbler hoagie. I've heard of this sandwich before, but never had the chance to try it, so today(October 23, 2023) is the day. This sandwich is described as stuffed with hot turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and gravy and is only available during the fall at Wawa. I ordered the sandwich toasted on a wheat shorti roll and it came out pretty quick, but being honest, the sandwich looks better on the pictures, then it does in person. I like how the shorti roll was nicely toasted, but yet soft and how it was nice and warm. The turkey was hot, fresh, tender and savory and the cranberry sauce added a sweet, but slightly tangy flavor. The gravy and stuffing was also a nice addition to the sandwich. This wawa looked well kept and the employees were pretty helpful. In closing, I would definitely come back to this wawa for that sandwich again. Who would have thought a gas station would be the place to go for amazing sandwiches and drinks? While you can opt for the pre made sandwiches, pretzels, empanadas by the cashier, you can opt for a more customized experience by ordering your sandwiches on one of the touch screens in the store. My go to is the Italian sun with garlic aioli and it is amazing! I also love their breakfast sandwiches but hate the wait to get them, especially when I need to get to work. Some days there is only one person making the food on a busy weekday morning. The best way to solve this is to order and pay for your food on the app and just pick it up when you get there. They also have great coffees, lattes, smoothies, milkshakes made to order with a variety of flavors. Been going here ever since it opened up near my home & know the complete staff, but unfortunately today has been one of the worst customer experiences ever. Michelle the "manager" (clearly must be new) decides to deny my alcohol purchase all because I had asked my boyfriend to go get it for me as I was waiting in line & all because he didn't have his ID , even though I was the one who was buying it & only had asked him to bring it over as I waited. The sale was denied. I find this Very absurd & ridiculous. I can only image if a parent had asked their kid to go grab an alcoholic beverage so she can can purchase it would they also deny the sale to them all because their kid doesn't have an ID either & they were the one who brought it over & was holding it as she waited to pay. I first came across Wawa this past March when I visited Philadelphia for Spring Break 2019, When I was in Philly, I saw plenty of billboards advertsing their $4.99 subs and salads. The kids and I went on want our excursions and I really did not want to go have a sit down meal and saw that there was a Wawa location 5 minutes from our hotel. The kids kept harassing me about going and I gave up and decide to take them. I was so amazed at the size of this gas station/convenient store and all it had to offer. I saw all types of goodies anything from hot and cold subs to chicken bites, potato chips, salads, and variety of snacks. Since it was my first time there and really did not know how their system worked, I asked one the locals and told me to order my food on the screen and a ticket with my number will pop up and to pay. Once I paid for my order, they will begin making my order for pick-up. Let's fast forward four months later, my son told me that while returning back to Florida that there were several locations in Miami-Dade County and Broward. I managed to find this location which is a fifteen minute drive from my parents' home in Miami Gardens. My kids love to order meatball sub, turkey subs, and their very tasty salads. Wawa also makes smoothies and shakes that I have yet not tried. They also offer prepared cold cuts, mozarella sticks, chicken bites, and other knick knacks. Gas prices are pretty reasonable and you also have the option of sitting outside to eat your meal if you like. The only thing that made me upset, is that there was a Protein pack (eggs, almonds, mini-bagel, peanut butter, and grapes) similar to the high priced coffee chain that will be unnamed, which is offer in Philadelphia and not in their Florida stores. I wrote to corporate and hopefully that product is offered in their Florida stores soon. I really do not have not one complaint about Wawa, one to to see stores open hopefully on the noth end of Miami-Dade , so that I can save a little on my gas tank. read more

Wawa finally made it into our community thank god! Cheap gas, friendly staff and decent food. Honestly what more could you want from a gas station? Their food options are great and even vegetarian friendly. We stopped in for breakfast and ordered a cold brew coffee, cappuccino, two egg and vegetable burritos and an everything bagel with cream cheese. Everything was good! Obviously not a fine dining establishment but if you compare it to fast food, it has most places beat. You place your order on the kiosk and it prints you a ticket. If it's busy head to the cashier and pay while your food is being prepped. Pickup the food once your number is called and head outside under the shaded umbrella to feast. I've been wanting a wawa in the West Miramar/Pines area for a very long time! I will be visiting frequently for breakfast and to fill up my vehicle. read more

This is my second time visiting this location. I would say it's good as far as service. There's always a lot of people behind the counter preparing food. If you're ever in the mood for coffee there's a wide variety to choose from. The specialty coffees are pricier at $3-5 while the brewed coffee (at the moment) is only $1. They have a section for all your fixins (creamers, sugar, milk, etc) They even have small taste tester cups so you can try different flavors before committing to one. We've ordered breakfast sandwiches and bowls in the past. They were just okay to me. Not sure if it was what I ordered, but next time I'll try a lunch sandwich. The line however was ridiculously long. If I hadn't already picked up my coffee I would have just left. They should have a system that allows you to pay at the kiosk before you order or something that would be more efficient. I'm sure it's not always busy but there needs to be a contingency plan in situations like this. read more

Usually this place runs smoothly and efficiently. Ive been here for about 15 minutes and ive watched the girl with gold hoop earring, no name tag and tan skin yell at 3 costumers. One hispanc male was yelled at for asking about where to pick up his order, a caucasian male was snapped at for asking about his order and she seems very hostile. Right now shes working next to the hispanic lady named Ana who has been quit helpful to others walking by. This Wawa has exceptionally friendly Associates inside the store. I was really impressed with their helpul ways when I was ordering my hoagie. I like how the store has a lot of terrific choices for drinks. It is much nicer than any other gas station I have been to before. The pumps deliver the gas quickly and my receipt printed out, which doesn't happen at every gas station when I request it. We came in around 1:00am one random night when we were hungry and couldn't decide what to eat. They have self-serving kiosks where you place your order. I was pleased to find out you can also customize your order to your exact liking. Their menu offered a lot more than I was hoping for which was nice. With so much variety and low prices, people hold this spot as a beacon of joy every time it's nearby. Being that this location is one of the many new spots opening in South Florida, the crowds are definitely excited to visit their local Wawa for those perfect breakfast, lunch, cravings, and refreshment needs. The soups here are great and I was one of those suckers that fell for the mozzarella sticks at the checkout counter. To my surprise, they were still gooey and delicious. It's got a little bit of everything and that's why it's favorited by so many. During breakfast hours, quick egg dishes are whipped out quickly and get you right on your way and with a full tummy.
