(We got there at 10:45) and it's only 11:12 am. He replied no you still have time then he proceeded to say that she put us down as a walk-in and it slow so we're fine. That's when I told him no I have a reservation for 11 AM. We only got here 15 minutes early. I proceeded to let him know that that's why you're rushing us then apologize and offered me a free mimosa which I declined at this point it's not needed. I feel unwanted, however the beignets with the lemon custard was good. My boyfriend got the chicken and waffles. The chicken was extremely good. The waffle on the other hand was hard. The pineapple I had was OK. I could've done better. Beignets 10/10 Chicken 10/10 waffle 0/10 Pineapple mimosa 5/10 Atmosphere and decor 10/10 Service 0 he was very attentive however he was rushing us. Even game her a balloon and looked at me when I showed I was frustrated and gave the lady a dress a smile. When I was walking out she said in a snarky voice "have a nice day" she rude and I work at the hospital so sometimes I have to go there although I try to avoid it because my job is stressful enough but she already teaching the new people to dislike me. I would like to know the problem and hash it out with her I wish she told me or let me know her name so i can call her out

The store was very clean and everything is so bright and shiny. The hot dog section has condiments that I would never expect such as Jalapeños and Sauerkraut! Everything was fresh and you could load as much as you wanted on your hot dog. The other foods such as burgers and pizza were also very fresh and tasty and not bad priced either. The employees were friendly and greeted everybody as they entered the store. Hopefully this place will stay clean and with a friendly atmosphere for years to come.

Mientras hacia mi linea, me llamo la atención de la forma en que tocaba los alimentos de la persona de adelante: los escaneaba y de una forma errática, los tiraba al otro lado para empacar. Cuando me toco mi turno, no puse mucha atención en eso, porque estaba tratando de empaquetar mis productos. Sin embargo, realice una segunda transacción con otros alimentos, y si tuve el tiempo de ver nuevamente la forma en que tiraba los alimentos para el empaque . Esta vez ya había una persona empacando. No fue descortés, pero si un poco grocera la FORMA como tiraba los alimentos que vamos a consumir sin tener el cuidado oportuno. Cuando llegue a casa y al desempacar mis bolsas, pude observar que la tapa de la salsa de espaguetis estaba chancada y por lo tanto se abrió. Si hubiera estado mas calmada la Sra Ellie en pasar los alimentos para el empaque, talvez esto no habría pasado. ..!! Regrese a la tienda y la gerente hizo caso omiso de la queja....no le dio importancia alguna o al menos no me lo hizo saber... Espero que con esta situación, puedan entrenar a su personal a pasar los alimentos de una forma menos errática ya que esos productos pueden dañarse como me sucedió.
