You order by going up to the counter, and they either call your order or will bring it to your table when it is done if you are eating it there. My daughter saw someone got a bubble tea but at the time we were looking, that menu wasn't easy to spot so we didn't even know it was something they offered! All of their food items are made to order (well, I suppose except for the soup which is home made and just dished out to order). They even have soup flights on certain days!
