I went into this 711 at 2:00 pm feb 26 and I had gotten a drink. The drink tasted weird and had things so I threw it away without knowing what to do. Later the cashier asked me what happen to it with attitude (she had given us attitude for a while already when asking questions) and simply told her I threw it away she started being rude to my friend & I and was about to charge us for it. Improve customer service, I asked questions to a supervisor ( I believe he's a supervisor) Asian mid size he was on the phone with his EarPods..... his call was more important than the customer... it happens twice! The teenage girl working here, brunette Blu eyes is the rudest attendant of all stores. She never speaks, is always on her phone. I have seen her argue with 2 customers. I told her she was rude and she actually said "I don't care". I said she couldn't say that to customers and she started arguing with me. The two neighbors nice Indian guys told her TWICE to be quiet. We have other 7-11's with cool community people. I won't go back to this one till she's gone. read more

Apparently every 7-eleven in IB decided to close down last night. No sign to say why, or when they'd be back open. Online, they say they're open 24 hours. I wasted my time & gas to drive there, only to find the 1st one locked up, no lights... 2nd one lights on, but locked & the guy inside just told the 3 of us (all separate customers that happened to show up at the same time) that they're closed. No explanation. Nothing. Basically ignored us until 1 guy knocked on the door... 3rd store at least had a sign, saying they're closed nightly from midnight to 6am, for cleaning. I didn't see a bit of cleaning going on. I get it. Stores need time to clean & sanitize these days, but seriously??? Y'all can't coordinate so y'all aren't ALL closed at the same time? At the very least, put up some signs & update your online hours. Thanks 7-eleven for wasting my time & my gas. read more

Came here for some slurpees. My favorite flavor is the sugar free orange cream. Yum! I always get the large. It actually taste like orange cream. My daughter got a small cherry! She loves it. She tells me "Brain freeze mommy!" I like the cherry as well. They have some cool flavors like piña colada and Coke flavor. It is a perfect day to have a slurpee! I love all the snacks and drinks they have ranging from hot dogs to nachos. They have a good drink selection inside the refrigerator or at the drink station. This location is clean, but there is only a few parking spaces up front. Luckily, it was not that busy. There is also street parking next to 7-11. We come here when we crave slurpees!!! read more

What can I really say about 7eleven...othr then it is 7eleven. They are every where and between the beach and the 5 freeway, there is one on every street corner. Now this particular location is tiny. I believe there is seven parking spaces to share between 3 businesses. Going to this store is a fender bender waiting to happen. Oh and when you back up watch out for the trees. read more

Their wild cherry slushie machine is always working so that earns 3 stars right there. They lost a star because their hazelnut coffee always seems to be empty. Be careful pulling out of there, there is a palm tree in the parking lot that is begging to get hit. read more

Okay ... we have become morning walkers and regulars at this 7-Eleven. I love mixing up my morning coffee and my daughter loves to make and create her special tea with mini marshmallows. The store is really clean. The coffee station has become the office water cooler hangout. The morning staff here are really friendly too. read more

I come to this 711 almost everyday because I live right next door & I've never had problems. Today my dad came to visit and wanted to go get some snacks. He's old and a little slower than everyone else. If you don't have patience to work with a variation of people customer service shouldn't be your thing. So when it came time to pay the employee ANGELO proceeded to roll his eyes at my dad thinking I didn't see. Well I did. I confronted him and asked him not to be rude to an elderly person. He said nothing. Therefore I will not give this 711 my business just because this inconsiderate employee. I will go to the liquor store right next door they are so nice :) read more

Came in here to grab a drink. When I approached the cashier she apparently thought continuing her conversation with her coworker was far more important than greet me. She scanned my drink (while continuing her conversation). I handed her a 20 and decided at that point to hold it hostage while she passionately used her hands to finish conveying her message. Finally after about a minute of waiting and the other coworker telling her to finish the transaction, I got my change. Lady named Rachel was SO rude!!! I just wanted to get a cup coffee and i told her the coffee was cold, it was at first, but i didn't know it would get hot as i poured more . Her answer was this " HONEY! Put you fingers inside the cup and tell me if its hot" like if i were retarded . I'm never brining my service here !!! She stated " Im so "F"kn tired i just want to get out of here" I mean it is not my fault that you're tired! You shouldn't treat the customer so poorly! The line was not that long but she would roll her eyes at customers who took their time looking for their change! The manager should do something about this!! read more

I looove 7-11 but kinda loath this location. The older lady that's almost Always here is always very short and rude. ALWAYS complaining about something. She seriously acts like she works at Macy's or bloomingdales or something lol. I don't know if she's like the head manager or owns the franchise location or maybe her husband owns it or something but she needs to get over herself. Horrible customer service.
