I didn't realize there hours as it was my first time there. That's ridiculous! I'd love for the owner/manager to be in a restaurant eating and the place closes at 11 and off go the lights. Aww too bad, I guess the wait staff wants to go home. Please give your customers at least 15 minutes past closing time. Good customer service goes a long way.

IN THE STORE (since you dont even take payment over the phone anymore)... ofc the receipt will have yesterday's date on it. Its for pickup... TODAY. He then proceeded to tell me im not welcome to pickup future orders without bringing my wife's membership card in. Lmfao. You guys need to chill out with this membership crap. It is embarrassing you act like this. It is not that serious. Especially when I've already paid for my order and yet you still treat me like that? Maybe I'll just cancel my membership instead. You don't get that "creepy" feeling in the evening like you do at some other stations, so I would definitely recommend it to a Woman by herself. What a great store! It's super clean which is saying something for a gas station. The clerks are always really nice. I've been told that it's the owners policy to make sure and order items if you request. He want's to make sure his regulars are taken care of. I've never had the food, but I've heard it's pretty decent.

I caught it when it was time to pay when I reviewed the sheet they typically provide w/receipt. They just didn't follow the notes from my previous visits for what oil type. Honest mistake, it happens. I'm here and let's get it done right! They tell me to pull my car around again and wait to get it fixed. Service tech sees me as he opens the bay doors to the one I wasn't in line with and waves me to come on over. As I try to reposition my car, another customer flys into that bay, and he begins servicing them (I was the only car waiting outside prior to this). I confronted the tech and he just kinda shrugged it off and told me the bay I was waiting behind was wrapping up soon. Okay fine. They ended up putting the correct oil in and sent me on my way. I was really understanding about the mistake but what really upset me was how unapologetic the staff was and the lack of urgency to correct their mistake.
