I've lived in Magna now 10 years 6 or 7 years ago I had a conflict with one of the employees there…read moreso I started going to 7-Eleven across the street buying their gas for 3 years well 7-Eleven took out their gas pump so I went back to Holiday the same issue has arrived. Today is September 26th 2024 this happened approximately 11:30 you could review the footage I was in line trying to buy me a refillable mug I asked Lady I need to get that mug she said just one moment I said okay literally six different individual customers walk up and she keeps ringing them up as I'm still standing at the counter this holiday has the worst customer service unless you are a family friend and as you go there you will realize that they do know some people in the community and they are family but it when it comes to paying customer that doesn't meet their criteria they are assholes I ended up going up to the holiday up the road by the McDonald's and I purchased me a $20 refillable mug I walked in got in line vented to the employees at that holiday they chuckled and said their cells are way better than the holiday down the road he got me my mug I paid for it and I got my refill.... It's sad that I had to waste my gas it sad that I'm wasting my time on a review it's sad because the last time this happened I stopped going to that holiday my wife stopped going there my two older children stopped going there all because they have s***** customer service a beautiful facility but crappy people working there look at the footage and you will see

I walked in with my…read morewalker, I am handicap, I got 8 Red bulls for the weekend, I placed them in my walker pouch and walked up to the counter, I let the ugly Red Head kid know I was looking around and I would be up shortly, he rudely snapped Are you going to pay for those, I said yes, I put them on the counter when I check out since I need my hands to walk I relied, I continue over to get a frosty freeze when what he was trying to say did not sit well with me. I put everything I had on the counter and walked out. Shame on you Maverick, it's had enough with disabilities but to have someone degrade you while you are shopping is wrong. I ask that my disabled friends NOT shop at Maverick until they get their employees under control.

During the day, they have a dedicated area where they can make delicious sandwich for you as well. There is plenty of parking up front, and you can get gas while you're here too! Customer service is very bad, first of all this location discriminates against teen's and people…read morewith disabilities that are in wheelchairs, my son and his friends go in there all the time and purchase things and everytime they go in the store they get followed around like they are stealing things and they are always making remarks to the one in the wheelchair and they are not polite at all, i dont know what kind of store does this to people that are actually buying things but this is awful, if we didnt live so close to this maverick these guys would not be buying anything from this store , I can't wait to witness this first hand as a parent because this store would not be in business. This is the closest convience store to my house, yet I am going to pass by it everytime. I have…read morenever felt comfortable in the parking lot, day or night. There is always a gorup in front of the door smoking or just hanging out (usually it is employess and their friends).The extra parking on the south side makes it easier to park, but will I get mugged on my way into the store? Last night I came over about 10. They had 2 cashiers when I walked in. After I got my sprite and went to the counter one of them had disappeared. He was in the cigarette section behind the counter. He looked up, saw 2 people in line and walekd off towards the back. Soon there was 6 people in line and the one workign cashier stepped away from the counter to talk to 2 firends and a delivery guy. At least I know who is more imprtant. The store always looks cluttered almost like things do not have places. I never spend much time in a convience store anyway,but it would be nice for things to be orederly. I think I will got to Hoilday Oil of 7-11 down the street for now on!
