Cami who is one of their cashiers, has made this environment very hostile for me to the point that it has caused me mental and somewhat physical distres, she has created such a hostile environment at the location that I received a phone call from police this morning, because she assumed that I was involved in a situation that had nothing to do with me, she used me as a scapegoat, because she originally told her other employees that she didn't want me in there, none of them really cared if I was in there or not because I had done nothing wrong, so she felt that they were favoring me, she has even gone to the lengths of sending the police to my parents' house this morning at 7am over a situation that once again had nothing to do with me, i do not understand why she has such beef with me. When I only come in there to get a drink and just be friendly, she's a very open person and likes to ask a lot of personal questions. I try to avoid her as much as I can. But it just seems that every time she finds a way to put my name in situations where i'm only just a paying customer, i have always respected her but for some reason thinks it's okay to question me as if she was a detective, one night i had stopped in for a couple beers and had with my kids. She just assumed that I was driving and drinking. As I was checking out her only and first question was.Do you think it's okay to drive drunk with your kids,, i had my sixteen year old who was learning to drive at the time driving me to do so. I don't feel it was appropriate or even professional at all. On another occasion she actually took my phone out of my hand when I was having issues trying to unlock my debit card. She has caused me more stress than any good, so I will no longer be a paying customer, i will take my money elsewhere, at this point It is not worth the stress i go in there to get a drink and go home i see my friends that i've known for 4 plus years and that's it on the only three occasions that I have ever talked to this woman, she has made it traumatizing.

As gas stations and convenience stores go, Maverik is about as good as it gets…read more The gas prices are always good and with the Maverik Card you can get two cents of each gallon, the stores are always clean, and there is no lack of options when you are looking for something to munch on. I have eaten my fair share of Maverik hot dogs and while I have had better, for a gas station they are not bad. There are lots of gas stations to pick from but when I need to make a stop I always look for a Maverik.

Sometimes the self-service areas for drinks and food are messy but I'm not sure how long it stays that way or how long it was like that before I got there. The nozzles for the drinks definitely need a good cleaning. Bathrooms have been clean when I've needed to use it. Gas pumps are normally free of debris and trash cans aren't overflowing. They have your run of mill items needed for snacking while on the road. Don't forget to get an adventure card as it gives you 2 cents of per gallon when used. I've never looked further into the card, but I'm sure there's an app you can download to check out what the options are for it's use.

Grantsville is not and easy on/easy off town. You get off, travel south for a bit, then find the main drag. There are a few gas stations to choose from, and you'll be fine at any of them. On the bright side, you get to see Grantsville; a charming little town a few miles off the beaten path and a glimpse into one of many small town Utah portraits. There are worse things to see. For travelers along I-80 WB. Seriously? You didn't get gas before leaving Salt Lake? And you passed the Tooele exit without gas? Well, you better get it here. Again, if you've got a few minutes, it will be a fun trip into town. For non-travelers. This is as good as place as any to get gas. Not a lot of services here, but you've got the pay at the pump and the easy access, and it's on the west side of town near the turnoff to the Willow Canyons, so spread the love around and get your Sinclair on. Not much in the way of a shop, but it'll fill your tank.

Most times I've come in, I've seen an employee cleaning the floors, wiping things down, and my family and I are always greeted with welcomes and hellos. The service here is great. Each employee I've been rung up by or welcomed by has served with a smile, eagerness, and a genuine appreciation for each customer that walks in. Love this place.
