*RUDE* there's homeless on every corner of the store, smoking and shooting up, needles everywhere, it's a shame really, especially being across from the high school and the workers and owners don't seem to mind all that at all, worker who works evening shift is rude, i had to go back to get the right amount of change for what was getting rung up and i asked if he can put something aside cus i didn't have enough for everything and he asked if we're able to buy everything, we said no and i asked if he can put one thing out again, he said i HAVE TO pay for it or he won't let me get any of it, i said wow that doesn't make sense and said it's okay never mind i can go to the other gas station right next door, and he told us to never go back and we're not aloud there, just because we asked if he can put something away read more

Got pizza and a Big Gulp--err Super Gulp--they were out of Big Gulp cups. That kind of explains how this experience went. I expected to get a few things and zoom out. The store is located at a busy intersection next to a filling station and a shopping center. It was easier to go around the back to park in the lot, rather than try to directly turn into their lot. I went to the drink fountain and found that most of the cups were missing. The employee told me that the Big Gulp cups were on order and that they had Super Gulp for $1.00 until then. I also poured a Slurpee for a buddy and that went fine. I got two slices of the pepperoni (that may be an exaggeration!) pizza and they had some deal for that with a Big Gulp. Now, since they didn't have the Big Gulp...I'm still confused. The employee had to help me several times, as though I was a senior citizen but we both got through the experience. August 15th, 2023 @1:30pm Went To 7/11 (77 E Olive Ave Merced, CA) To Use The ATM, Get Something To Drink​, And Was Meeting Someone To Get Some Tickets To An Event. When I Pulled Up, My Friend I Was Getting The Tickets From Was Next To Me. I Got Out To Go Talk To Him For A Second, And When I Walked In Front Of My Truck, I Fell Into A 1 Foot Deep Hole; Uncovered And Unmarked, With What Looked Like Some Sort Of Pipes In It. Not 7Only Did I Hit My Shin; Causing A Bloody Scrape, But I Also Rolled My Ankle In It Hard Enough Falling Into The Hole, That It Bruised And Swelled Up Really Badly. Then To Top It Off, My Shoes Got Ripped Open, And Ruined, And Filled With Mud That Seeped Through My Socks. I Went Into The Store And Told The Cashier, And Asked Her If She Could Contact Management And Have Them Call Me And Have Somebody Cover It Up. She Said She Would And They Would Call Me ASAP. After 2 Hours Of Not Hearing From Anybody I Went Back And Talked With A Male Worker Named Joe, He Said There Was Nothing They Could Do, And The Female I'd Spoke To Originally About It Was Gone And Id Have To Come Back In The Morning, And She'd Be Back, Even Though She Obviously Didn't Do Anything To Begin With. Then After That I Called Corporate, They Said They'd Take A Report, And Send It To Store Management. Well, It's Now Been 30 Hours, And I Still Haven't Heard Anything Back. And I Don't Qualify For Health Insurance To Get It Looked At, So I'm Not Sure What To Do. Also To Make Matters Worse, Again It's 30 Hours Later, And It Just Barley Got Covered Up. However The Way Its Covered Someone Else Will Fall Through It. So, I Guess My Next Step Is To Contact A Lawyer Since I Gave Them Every Chance To Make It Right And They Didn't. The slurpee selection here is great, they regularly rotate out the basic flavors like Coca-Cola and Wild Cherry and replace them with seasonal options like Hawaiian Punch and Jolly Rancher. Their hot roller food items are usually pretty fresh, as they are constantly restocking them from heavy student traffic. I like their selection of fountain drinks, there is a fairly large variety, but I have had some minor issues in the past with multiple empty tanks and stagnant product from dirty tap lines. read more

I have found more often than not, that they do not properly pull expired items. Three times now I have purchased an item that was expired, twice it was the TruMoo chocolate milk, it was late I was in a hurry and didn't realize until I got home. Yes, I should have checked, but part of the job is to fill the cooler doors, front face them and check for expired product, every shift, every day. To grab an item from the front that is 9 days past an expiration, especially being a dairy product, means 3 different shifts for 9 days missed it, or didn't and it was still there on purpose, either scenario is super gross and negligent. And if that happens on a dairy door, when you know things have a shorter shelf life, you can bet it's happening throughout the entire store. I will not be going back to this store in the future. I can only imagine what else is expired that they still use, like their hot food grill, pizza and chili/cheese. If 27 shifts miss it, there is a serious problem. read more
