Speedway has their cigarette prices clearly marked, yet when they ring up they charge more than the advertised price clearly displayed. For example one pack of Marlboros may cost $8.50, but if you buy two packs of Marlboros (and you're a rewards member, which I am) they would each be $7.35. Regardless, when I added the price advertised (and included tax) they overcharge me EVERY SINGLE TIME! When I pointed this out they do nothing to try and fix it and give me an attitude for pointing out their FRAUD. I am tired of businesses in this town cheating people and not caring one bit that they're doing, it it needs to stop.

Here's an example: They charge $14 for two 2 x 2 inch passport photos, even if you bring in your own image on a flash-drive. If you order 4 passport photos (same image), they will charge you $28, six photos, $42, and so on. If you order the same photo in a standard 4 x 6 inch format, the charge is 39 cents per photo. When I asked why they charged $7 for a 2 x 2 photo and 39 cents for a 4 x 6 photo, they said, "it is company policy." They didn't try to be accommodating or acknowledge that their passport photo policy is highway robbery. I will never shop at Walgreens again.

There is plenty of parking in back, and some in the front too. They even have a drive through. I ordered a latte and a breakfast sandwich on English muffin. The coffee was really good and seemed high quality. I loved the breakfast sandwich--it was hot and tasty, and I appreciated being able to add sriracha aioli for a bit of a kick. The sandwich was only about $6, so a great deal. The wifi was fast and I was able to get quite a bit of work done. I noticed that they had some fun things for sale, including 50% off tea, so I stocked up. I loved their mugs and other fun merch. The employees working were super friendly and helpful. I'm definitely adding this spot to my rotation of coffee shops in Mt. Pleasant!

The service was super great and the ladies working there were very friendly and accommodating. The cafe was very clean, as were the restrooms. Seating area had minimal decor but still felt inviting. The coffee was delicious! My husband and I are both very glad we stopped and we will be back anytime we're driving through Mt. Pleasant again!
