This location of Waterway is our "home" location and the one we frequent the most. Once you go through the process of a wash a time or two, you get the general flow of how it all works. That said, those first couple times, there's quite the "system" to understand and get used to. They have employees who come to help out with what type of wash you want, and they do a good job of assisting with all aspects. The wash itself is really good! You can really get just about anything from a bare-bones exterior-only wash, all the way up to a full detail, inside and out! To make your money back on the full-monty membership, you'll need to get a weekly full detail wash, and we try pretty hard to do that. The employees are always very professional, very helpful, and they do a great job washing and detailing your car! You can tell they have a good training program and/or culture, as most of the car wash employees appear to be pretty young, but they do an excellent job overall. Why four stars instead of five? Like I said - they ain't giving these things away. The value proposition is really, really tight... Not sure I'd say I feel like I'm getting MORE than what I'm paying for...and it's probably slightly the other way. That said, we are well into our second year of the membership program, and I have a good feeling we'll re-up next year as well! There's nothing like a perpetually clean set of wheels!

The pumps are clean. Usually there's about 1/2 the pumps in use every time we go. We like this one cause it's easy to get in/out of. You can enter from College Blvd side or from Pflumm. It is a little difficult (timing wise) to get out of the Pflumm side if you're heading up towards 95th. A Hui Hou!!

I think it can seem a bit intimidating because of the side lot and there not appearing to be many spots, but I had no issue getting in, getting gas, and being on my way. I did not care for the super loud and vibrant screens with advertising and music playing from them while you pump up. I mean, do we really need TVs in our gas pumps? But aside from that I had no issues and I'd stop here again if I needed to. I can't speak to the inside as I paid at the pump.

A new worker a young woman was absolutely super rude. I asked can I have matches she went on saying they don't have them I show her where they are she gets more of an attitude with me. I say can I get them and she trips saying no you have to buy cigarettes to get them I don't smoke. Any other time I get them free because the guys just know me and how much i support that business. I then said how much for just the matches she said can't just get that have to buy something else ridiculous.

It's a bit confusing that they have some small sandwiches for grab & go, but a much larger full sandwich at the exact same price if you order from the touch screen. I think it was worth the wait to have it made fresh as it was actually really good (better than Subway) and priced like it was 2010 all over again. The bathrooms and area to the bathrooms was in rough shape, I was slip sliding around the floor but that's how it goes at these places when it's snowy out. Other than that, it's easy in and out and QT is the best gas station chain in the midwest for my money.
